    From the get go the whole deal went smooth. Lisa Walsh was helpful and patient with our end-user questions, technical and financial. The credit approval was a breeze, the installation crew was done in no-time, despite of the challenges that my roof presented. The electrician did his thing seamlessly and accommodating to our awkward schedules. Dealing with the office was always always easy and my calls would ALWAYS get a call back from Erin, with the answers that we needed. Couldn't be more pleased and relieved that I made the right decision. I initially quoted Tesla, but they backed out when realized the shingles in my home were too much of a challenge for their installation team... SES got it done.     I cannot recommend Josh and Chesapeake Painting Services highly enough! They were spectacular from start to finish. Jennifer in the office was so friendly and responsive, and helped us get set up right away. Josh was so great when he came for the estimate, that it felt like we knew him already. He was so committed to making sure that everything was exactly right, and we were happy with everything - he checked in several times throughout the week we had the work done, and was extremely responsive. I never had to chase him down, he proactively contacted me to make sure we were happy with the work done each day! The house looks absolutely beautiful - the paint job was fantastic, and the electrical work looks incredible. They did such a great job on every detail of our project, and I was so impressed with both how quick, efficient, and thorough the guys were, and especially how responsive and great the customer service was from Josh. They went above and beyond for us, going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough about how thrilled we are with the service! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Tony and his crew were great. They were nice, professional and worked quickly. I had a kitchen light changed, running toilets fixed, 2 new bathroom faucets installed and flooring in front of the tub glued back down and molding sealed. They came in as a crew and knocked it out. So thankful I didn���t try to do it myself. It was well worth the money. Just a heads up, it may take a few days to get in touch with them. They were busy on jobs and wanted to make sure to call me back during respectable business hours, not after dark, which I appreciated.

    Excellent. Sent a service inquiry email on a Sunday morning expecting to hear from them on Monday. Got a call back Sunday afternoon and they were able to help me out over the phone to identify and correct the fault. Will definitely go back to them in the future if I need additional service!

    We responded to an Angie's List special for $59 to install a fan light. After he was on-site, he called me (I was at work) to say that the switch box was too small for the fan control so he had to go buy a different box and install it. He charged me an additional $75 to do this. He completed the work as promised, but it was more than twice the price that I expected.

    I pay for it monthly, and its $14.95 a month. He was fine. The price is like having insurance. The insurance you don't always get your money's worth. Then again, do you really want to get it. I am not upset about anything. The work got done. I am upset that its the contract thing, and they don't come back with the change and such and such. Its bait and switch. I am not going through them anymore, and I am not telling any of my friends about them.

    Very well. The secretary responded quickly to schedule their work into a tight time schedule between the various contractors. The only glitch was that Donnie showed up later than expected, and was not finished within the time bracket they were assigned. However, once he was here, he worked very quickly and energetically, and Donnie and the company were a pleasure to work with.

    It went really well. Two guys came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The work was quality and the price was fair. Would definitely hire again. They also killed an unnecessary switch right there on the spot quickly before they left which was helpful and priced fair as well.

    1. The electrician was installing our light in the basement and, as you can see from the attached pictures, it appears that he chose to use our gym equipment, specifically the workout bench, as a ladder. When he was finished he did not clean up the mess. 2. When the ceiling fans were installed, he chose to not leave the boxes or the instructions for the ceiling fans. These boxes are needed to register our product warranty online with Hunter Ceiling Fan Company. In addition, the directions to both ceiling fans were taken and thrown away without even asking us if we needed them, which we do need them! I had to request from the electrician that I would like the boxes--- they assume you don't need any of the product information or warranty paperwork. 3. Follow up from their office was poor--they did not offer to come and clean up the mess made until i requested it. We are still waiting to see how we are going to register the ceiling fans installed. This could have all been avoid if the electrician would communicate to the customer--just by asking.. do you want these boxes?
