  • It was great. The scheduling was wonderful. Maya, in their office was very helpful, responsive and flexible. The team arrived on time. They parked outside our office downtown and they were really quick. Laid protective covering on the floors. Furniture was heavy and there were stairs involved. Nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend them

  • I hired Perry Moving after getting one other bid because the sales guy followed up with me several times, and their hourly rate was the lowest. My contract was for a team of 5 guys and 2 trucks. On the loading day, only one truck arrived. We asked where the second truck was and after many calls it finally showed up 4 hours into a 4 1/2 hour move, so they had to load most of our 3,000SF house into one truck. They didn't offer much compensation for this scheduling issue on their end other than giving us a "free" buy for 30 mins. and taking the last half hour off our bill. On the unloading day, both trucks arrived but they overbilled me for 2 hours when only a 3 man crew was working, and I was told I had to talk to the owner to get the bill adjusted. They damaged the banister at our old home as well as an antique piece of furniture that I told them was delicate before the move, which they did send someone over to repair. I had to call them to get the owner to respond to refund $200 for the overbilling. It was a hassle all around, and I will not use them again.

  • Our estimate was 6 guys, 9 hours. $3,500. I hired Perry based on Angie's List reviews but also two friends who had used them, both of whom spoke highly of their work. I'm not sure what happened but things did not go well for us. My poor review is based on a few key things - many items were left at our old home that we had to spend time and money going back to retrieve; the move took much longer to complete than estimated; items were not put where they belong; and we were charged another $700 in the end. I should not have paid the additional money but was exhausted and didn't think clearly about it until the next day or two. Also calls to Perry to discuss our dissatisfaction went unanswered. Five guys arrived a little after 9 a.m. I became concerned when we had not left our home by 3 p.m. The guys worked very hard, were professional and careful with our belongings. They became understandably very tired by about 8 p.m. and I later came to find out that while I was at the front door directing where boxes needed to go, other movers were loading boxes in our garage and basement. Presumably this was to offload them quickly but it caused a lot of work on our part over the last few weeks. (earlier in the day my husband had been in the basement directing them when they had a question but he went back to retrieve the hazardous waste items we knew would not be removed by the movers.) The movers left at 11 pm. We tipped all of them as they worked their tails off. Their estimate included putting all of the beds together but we had them skip one or two just because of the late hour, another inconvenience for us later. When we returned to our home to get the remaining hazardous waste, we discovered that they had left half of our belongings in our shed! We had to rent a home depot truck s and remove it ourselves. Early afternoon the day of the move, I asked the lead mover whether we could stop at our storage unit half way to the new house (time from one house to the other is about 15 min). I explained that I only wanted to do it if there was space for a desk and we wouldn't incur additional cost, and he said we would not. The day after the move, I called our sales rep. Left a message. He called me and suggested I call another person in operations. I called and left him a voicemail. No response. Coincidentally, their customer service rep called me a day or two later to "see how the move went." I called her back, got voicemail and asked her to call me back. No response. Very disappointing at an already stressful time.

  • On time, polite, explained thoroughly with minimum damage. The unpacking/resettling would have been easier & smoother if files had been packed in file boxes, not stashed in regular boxes which separated items & made reassembling very difficult.

  • Had 2 trucks. 1 was 30 mins late and the other 3 hours late. Admin team was terrible at communicating and couldn't locate the 2nd truck for a couple hours. 2nd truck was late because the driver/supervisor had personal car issues, Admin tried to say it was the truck but he admitted that it was his personal car. As the supervisor wouldn't you think it would be responsible for calling and letting us know where you are and why you are late or at least when you will be there? Apparently he didn't think he should communicate directly with us bc he didn't. Only recommend if you want bad communication and movers arriving late. I was upset about the first truck being 30 mins late didn't realize that I was lucky they came when they did because the other truck...yikes SMH. See photo of the 2nd truck arriving at 10:56am

  • Azar was excellent. I overestimated my ability to pack up my house myself. So they were able to add an extra day at the last minute. No upcharges or hidden fees. Same hourly price. From start to finish everyone involved was super, professional, courteous, flexible, careful and nice. They have years of experience. The estimator has been with Azar for over 30 years and the movers have been with Azar for years as well. I enjoyed working with them and recommend them without any reservation.

  • Perry Moving did a great job packing the truck. We already packed all boxes ourselves and Perry moving did an excellent job wrapping and taping up the rest of our furniture. We had fourteen days in between homes and they were able to keep all our stuff safely stored on the truck in their warehouse until move-in date. I liked the idea of not having everything packed and unpacked in a truck twice. The crew was punctual and worked really hard. There were also two flights of stairs to deal with at the condo and icy, rainy weather on the pack up day. There was a short trip to a storage unit included also. Thank You Perry Moving for making this a relatively painless move for us.

  • Timur , tolik and viniamin , thank you!! If you need to in any way shape or form to move in the most efficient, economic , and **** right incredible manner these are the guys for the job. I went ahead and called them 2 days prior the move and I thought there was zero chance it was happening , but not only were they able to do it . They were also punctual , EXTREMELY fast, and really cautious with all of our furniture. They really treated everything as if it were their own. The entire move became so much less stressful and rather easy with their support. Definitely will be in contact again for any future move I may have planned for the future. But I seriously can't say enough good things about these incredible guys.

  • They do not fully train their sales staff (apparently the only nice/professional person was the sales-member Tarina). They make assertions outside of the contract such as ship dates, payment options that you would never think to question, until they bring forth issue (due to them making a mistake). They are not a handshake business and will not honor their word especially if it contradicts what's written in contract; trust no one's assertions. Autumn on the dispatch team was very unprofessional, handled their service mistakes with a very nasty attitude, and at one point couldn't even identify where my belongings were. I booked them with the understanding that I could expect to receive my items during the week before I started my new job, only for them to deliver them on a later date requiring me to take time away. If I knew they would be late, I would have sought another company, which is what I informed them. They purposefully neglected my necessary delivery schedule and delayed releasing my items; when the sales rep was confronted about the discussed date, she back tracked (probably in fear of retaliation from management or dispatch). Overall, I was completely disappointed in their clear lack of professionalism, and extremely poor customer service. The delivery guy was nice, but that is only because he was a 3rd party contractor unaffiliated with Rolls. They couldn't even manage to provide an itemized zero balance invoice that I requested after weeks of asking; pure incompetence. The price point was relatively decent, but for all the headache, I would much rather have bit the bullet and paid more for quality service. I would never use them again or refer them to anyone for future business. Buyers beware, they are not worth the trouble. If you invest in anything, at least let it be excellent customer service so that you feel good about your money spent.

  • Top notch performance from tour first enquiry to the final delivery. The estimator was punctual, and his estimate, while slightly higher than other bids, was well explained and accurate. The move days went well, with the crew taking great care, but still meeting their schedule. Great experience all around!
