When we moved into our house nearly 3 years ago, our grandchildren could not be outside because of the mosquitoes. We called Mosquito Joe and they have been coming ever since. It is very rare that we now even see one mosquito, even with the very wet weather we have had. In addition to the amazing results, the folks at Mosquito Joe are great to do business with. They come when they say they are coming and they are very responsive to emails and phone calls. A great company with which to do business.

The two technicians assigned to perform the work were courteous and very professional. They did an awesome job of removing over two years worth of green mold and mildew from all exterior surfaces. This was second time have contracted with City Clean. Would definitely use them again.

Paul and his crew did a fantastic job on my sidewalks! This is the second time I've hired Maryland Curbscape and they have performed flawlessly. They replaced my driveway and garage floor a couple of years back. I had two sidewalks installed in the front of my house, both stamped concrete. Paul did a great job matching the color and pattern to the existing blue stone. They installed a third walkway around the side of my garage. His crew is always on time and they're careful to avoid damaging the landscape. These guys work hard and get things done. They do a great job of cleaning up when they're finished and everything looks beautiful! I won't hire anybody else.

Justin and his team were great! They were on the job when they said they would be, which as you know, can be very frustrating when contractors don't show up. The performed the work that was expected and left the work space clean. Justin was on site to check on his team throughout the day during the job. The follow up was great and any time I had a question, he was quick to get back to me! Friendly and reliable!

Fantastic job! The area around the pit is now open, clean and neat. The pumps are a huge upgrade to what was there. They attached the discharge line to the wall opening up the space. They reconfigured the external discharge line to avoid freezing.

I found this company because it was so highly rated here on Angie's list. It seems like they do good work and have many satisfied customers. However, I am completely turned off by their high-pressure sales tactics and would recommend others to avoid. In fact, if you look at Angie's List own page on "Roofing Scam: High-Pressure Sales", it is a very close description of the tactics employed by the Peak remodeling sales process. Another big concerning factor to me is the fact that this company has only been in business for 4 years. I understand that all companies have to start somewhere, but I have a very hard time paying for a warranty which is 10 times longer than the age of the company itself that ensures the work. I will outline the things that happened during our sales pitch process which were most concerning: (1) When scheduling the estimate, the scheduler makes sure that "all decision makers" (i.e., spouse) are present. This is so that you won't have a chance to talk it over later, because they will pressure you to sign a contract on the spot. (2) The sales pitch is very long and involves a well-rehearsed and detailed explanation of the company's many awards and prizes. They have small samples and little demos to show how great all their products and processes are. I actually believe this is all true, but it does feel exactly like a Cutco knives sales pitch or any other - the goal is to entrance the customer with the salesman's story rather than have you think critically and compare objectively to the services offered by others. (3) The salesman doesn't actually walk the roof to look at the shingles and any other issues, because they are not a contractor but just a salesman. (4) (Most important) You will be shown a sheet of paper with one totally outrageous price, and then a second much-lower (but still high) price if you sign on the spot. As pointed out in the Angie's List roofing scams page I mentioned above, the purpose of this is to pressure you to not consider other offers and to make a hasty decision. For Peak remodeling, they claim there is a 25% discount available only if you sign today. I have experienced these high-pressure sales tactics before and I find them extremely unpleasant and unethical. If a company stands by its pricing and its product, they should be happy to get me as a customer for the same price today or next week. I have actually fallen prey to these kind of tactics in the past, and I feel stupid for it. I hope that someone reads this review and has the strength to withstand these tactics whose aim is to prevent you from shopping around and getting a fair price.

Peak gave us a good price, matching the price of our lowest quote. They did the work promptly, showed up on time. They kept the work area neat throughout, and left the property immaculate. (After other roofing projects, I have spent months picking up stray nails. I havent found one this time.) The roof looks beautiful.

Entire process was as smooth as a project like this could be. Wendy thoroughly inspected and documented my crawl space mold, drainage, and moisture issues. She tediously reviewed my project and provided a variety of options. The crews that came out (1 - mold remediation/cleanup and 2 - encapsulation) were professional, prompt, clean, and responsive to questions I asked. MM&W isn't the cheapest company but they are the best and I would hire again...although I hope I don't ever need to.

Dave and Rodney arrived on time, were friendly, professional and polite. They replaced the 4 halogen lights with Led recessed lights and installed one new LED recessed lights in a quick and efficient manner. In addition they replaced the 4 bulb halogen wtith a new customer provided 5 bulb light. I can most certainly recommend Dave and Rodney for your lighting requirements. Well done Dave and Rodney!

Excellent. This company consistently does top quality work. They are not the least expensive but they do the job correctly from the onset. Loads of experience, excellent customer service and communication. Overall a very impressive and trustworthy company.
