    It keeps getting worse. The problem we've been having is, they don't seem to know what they're doing. They don't know when our prescriptions are due. You go in and they can't find it. It's a long wait. Then you get home and two days later, they call you and say, "You've left one. You've got to pick up." If you were there, you didn't have any. They were really good. But they've had a change in staff. They've had a change of pharmacists and assistants. They could be more accommodating.

    I have been using them for almost 20 years.  I get prescription every single month and they are really great.  They always have in stock with big quantity medications that are very difficult to find.  I take morphine for my back pain and they always have it.  It is privately own and they have good quality service.  They are very fast to refill my prescriptions.

    There are several medications that I get there that are not available else where.  I also get my cat?s medication there and they will crush that for me and mix it with tuna flavours so I can give it easily to my animal.  They will work one on one with you to give you the exact dosage that you need.   

    I can call them and they just ship it to me.  They are very caring.

    Horrible - I have to return to the pharmacy almost every time they fill monthly prescriptions because they do not follow directions. I have 2 medications that they fill with a generic drug. That's fine, but there are several manufacturers of these drugs. I have taken them long enough to know which ones are fine and which do not work. One is a sleep medication and I easily know when it's working or not. Despite SEVERAl attempts to have this information entered into their prescription fill system, it never works. Even when I take an empty bottle and personally order a refill, and they write the generic manufacturer's name on the order, THEY DON"T READ THE NOTATION!

    Had a significant ankle injury that required attention. Couldn't wait for appoint through my regular doctor. Made appointment with this facility on early Sunday morning. Arrived 20 minutes before appointment time to complete paperwork. There were no other patients in the waiting room except for me. In spite of this I was still in the waiting room for approximately 40 minutes before being admitted to examination room. Required x-ray to make sure the ankle wasn't broken, portable machine was available in the exam room. Doctor and staff were thorough in the exam and provided me with detailed information for care and rehabilitation. Very pleased with the facility except for the long wait, considering it was at 8 am on a Sunday morning and the office appeared empty except for me.

    There were actually two visits within a month to the ER for my husband.
    The first visit was wonderful; staff, doctors, nurses were efficient, gentle, knowledgeable and explained everything.
    The second visit:
    Doctor would not prescribe enough medication to take care of the pain and lower his blood pressure.
    Doctor was rude and condescending.
    The doctor was nasty and when discussing a medication with my husband, told him that he was wrong....that a particular medication did not come in pill form which my husband had a prescription at home. She left the room and came back later and told him that she was wrong and that it did come in pill form......no apology.
    Although a Johns Hopkins Neurologist had called the ER and asked for specific tests, they did not administer them. The ER doctor/staff claimed that they did not receive that information. I know that they did because I stood right next to the Doctor when she ordered the tests.
    The doctor released him at midnight without warning and told my husband that he had to leave and she didn't care where he went and that he would have to wait in the waiting area for a ride. She didn't care that I had to drive from Annapolis to pick him up and wouldn't let him wait in his room for the 30-45 minutes it would take me to pick him up.

    Actually I have had inconsistent experiences. There have been times when they have given me medications with the wrong dosage, particularly for my granddaughter, cause the doctor would tell me "I'm writing the prescription, take one every several .." and then I'd pick it up from them and it would be wrong and I would call the doctor and the doctor would say "Nope, that's wrong" and yeah, I've never had that before with a pharmacy.

    My review is basically saying, read your prescription yourself and make sure that what they give you matches it.

    They did a great job.  They are very up to date.  They are very capable and clean.  They have various floors for visitors and patients.  The staff was good.  There was one issue with one person in the hospital.

    I hurt my head on the coffee table and was in need for stiches.
    As I was at their door before 8 am, I did not have to wait.
    The whole medical process went really well. Every person in that office was professional and friendly. In particular, the Doctor did a great job at stiching my scalp.
    The facility is spotless clean and very well equiped.
    I cannot comment on the billing process, as I paid in full.
    Highly recommended.

    I went to this facility for an annual mammogram.  The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly.  I did have to wait about 25 minutes to be seen; however, the technician was wonderful and made the experience as easy as possible. The actual time for the mammogram was only about 10 minutes.  Even though I had to wait a bit, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and technician would make me go back.
