    Excellent, I left my vehicle on a Wednesday for a tune up on Thursday. Wednesday afternoon they called and had the vehicle done ahead of time. For years we had used another Dodge dealer in the area but due to cost and poor service decided to try Adams. So far we are very satisfied with the service we are receiving. My only complaint is they have very little parking for customers.

    Ken and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with outstanding customer service. The price for a complete replacement of my windshield (with zero help from my insurance company) was fair and competitive. They were able to get me in within 24 hours after my call, and the work was complete in less than an hour, and my window looks great, just like it did from the factory. So I glad I called Superior Windshield Repair!

    Ok first of all they did the repair on my truck which was a muffler /tailpipe and two struts and the repair I have no problem with... I got a estimate over the phone when I called them which was inline around $450 for labor, they promised to call with a parts quote and then would go forward with work if I wanted to. I got a call that the truck was done , but did not ever get a parts quote ( I figured muffler tailpipe and a couple struts right can't be that much) I went in to get my truck and got a bill for nearly $1,100 for parts which I didn't get a chance to approve or know cost. I paid the charge and then when I got home got prices on the exact parts supplied online (got the strut numbers and muffler cost) Well from Amazon prime I could buy the struts for $103 each, and the muffler/tailpipe was $112.  Also got other pricing from auto zone and other vendors so the overall price for parts ranged from around $340-450. I called and left a message I was not happy and didn't get a response so called back, I got a lot of attitude -We only use best parts -We mark our parts up 60% -ETC... I explained I have no issue with marking up your parts but you buy them wholesale cheaper or at least the same cost.. And I never got a price quote for parts to approve. I was deferred to I will speak to Vicky and get back to you .... that was nearly two weeks ago. I am not abject to paying for labor at the rates, or evan a fair parts markup... but unless they don't care about parts pricing to pay a 300% markup is way beyond acceptable . I guess they don't think people will look up price of parts so they jam them and then don't respond when questioned. there are a lot of options for repairs in this area I would avoid this place .

    Mike Miller is a genius, a mechanically inclined miracle worker and honest, honest, honest!!! I will never go anywhere else again! I live by the bay bridge (65miles away) and was told by a nationally known company, which I was a customer of for four years, who had done related work a month prior, that they didn't know what was wrong with my car but it would probably need a new axel and transmission, talking thousands of dollars. I started thinking I would have to scrap my Escape. After being without my car for a week, on the suggestion of a friend, I had her towed to Auto Brake Masters in Rockville. I told Mike my situation and what I had been told. After assessing, Mike said I needed neither. He did a flush, tune up and worked whatever magic he does but my car is running like new and she's a 2005! He saved me, literally, thousands of dollars. I can't thank him enough! This man is a genius! Great service, great talent and he has a great sense of humor. You seriously owe it to your vehicle to visit Auto Brake Masters in Rockville off Taft St! I'm so happy about my car, I will be posting this everywhere!! Thanks again Mike, You Rock!!!

    Beware! I've taken my vehicles to this shop several times in the past for minor maintenance such as oil changes. I was always leery because they've always attempted to recommend extra services which usually aren't needed and come at a premium price. However, their damaging my vehicle and refusing to acknowledge their mistake was the deal breaker. This time in particular, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick up the car the brakes were completely non-functioning with no explanation other than "brake pedal goes to floor" hand written on my invoice. When I asked what happened to my brakes they stated "we don't know". I took a closer look revealing that a brake line had become bent along a frame rail causing all of the brake fluid to leak out. It was apparent to me that this likely happened when the vehicle was being lifted or removed from the shop lift. When I advised them that this damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care they denied it and refused to repair it for me. The owner Todd rudely told me I can have it towed and pay to have someone else fix it. I calmly advised him that my vehicle had perfectly functioning brakes upon being left in their shop and that he will have to take care of the problem. He then began to blame "the kid" in the shop who was the oil/tire change employee. I eventually had to negotiate having them replace the damaged part at their cost (still costed me over $400) before I could drive my vehicle. If you value your hard earned money, vehicles and most importantly safety; please avoid Revell Service Center in Annapolis MD. I'm a dissatisfied customer and I approve this message.

    My "original equipment" muffler finally gave out. Bill replaced it while also winterizing my vehicle that included oil change, plug change, etc. Her time in the shop was 2 days and I had no issues after the fact. As a 21-year-old car, she continues to perform admirably and I credit this to the care Bill provides with each visit. This guy knows his foreign cars and will search for the most cost-effective method to perform the service needed.

    I remember the price was more than I expected. They���re pricey, but I had a car for 20 years that they took care of. They���re rated one of the best Subaru dealers in the country, they���re really good. They���re waiting area is awesome. They offer food, beverages, TV, internet, little areas like cubbies that you can go into if you need to work. It���s awesome! It���s really awesome! The overall interaction is always positive. I���ve been there since 2002 working with them. I���ve always had a Subaru.

    They were willing to work with me, they were no nonsense. I told them on the front end I'm here to buy a car I don't want any of the sales pitches I don't want any pressure, if you have the right price, this is what I'm willing to pay, if you can do it then lets do it if not tell me on the front end and I'll go elsewhere. They were able to get a car for me that I wanted.

    This dealership was the exclusive service provider for our 2009 Accord since we bought it new. In 2012 we had a specific issue with the engine that eventually led to a class action lawsuit and settlement. Instead of stepping up to fix the issue when the settlement was reached in 2014, this place assured us our car wasn't one of the vehicles affected by the problem. Fast forward to 2017 and the same error code pops up again. Honda of Annapolis tells us it's not that issue, it's something else. They refused to even try to get Honda NA to pay for the fix and offered a different service. We got a diagnosis from a private repair shop, who said the only error code showing up is the one that prompted the lawsuit. They refused to perform the service Honda of Annapolis offered us because it wouldn't fix the issue. We went to another Honda dealership. They too told us the only error code was the lawsuit code. They weren't surprised to learn of our difficulties getting Honda of Annapolis to step up and fix this. I tried one last time to get this place to make this right. I spoke with the service director, David Tennant, for 20 minutes. During that time he failed to make any effort to own up to the problem, constantly interrupted and spoke over me, and flat out refused to address the warranty issue they neglected to address or inform us of in 2012. If you buy a Honda, don't get it from Annapolis. If you must have it serviced, drive the extra 10-20 minutes to the next closest place. One star is too many. This place is garbage.
