    I have been with Dr. Johnson for 27 years. He is awesome. The whole office is awesome. The staff is very nice, very helpful, you can get in very good, and I would recommend them. They are wonderful staff, and I have seen all the doctors, but Dr. Johnson is my main doctor. My family goes to him, so, we are all pretty content with him.

    I had a concern about what foods are right for me and he gave me a list of foods without saturated fats. He seems to be sincere and compassionate about his patients. He gives his patients what they really need and I think he's satisfactory in that respect. Initially, they didn't inform me of the cost of the service I'll have to pay for my next visits.

    I LOVE OneMedical!! This was the way medicine was supposed to be.  My husband and I (each) signed up for our memberships online, we had a great promo code!  Set up an online account, filled out the survey/medical history and insurance information and made an appointment.  Because initial appointments/annual check ups take longer, they book further out.  But we expected that.  Before his initial appointment, my husband had an issue that needed attention and they got him in the next day! (We couldn't believe it!) 
    For my first appointment/meet the doctor/checkup, everything was great!  I arrived, and the staff is super friendly, in a caring, not creepy kind of way.  They asked for my insurance card and went to work.  I had just sat down to wait when my DOCTOR, came and got me from the waiting area.  Yes, the DOCTOR. Introduced herself, and we had a pleasant intro conversation/interview.  Then I changed and she did the exam.  All of this took place in the doctor's office.  Very old school and much more comfortable environment, than so many HMOs I've participated in. 
    Exam concluded, referrals we're made and emailed to me.  (My choice, over paper copies.) And that was it!  After test results came back, I was emailed the results, (again,my choice, they would have called if I preferred) A few questions went back and forth via email, with a contact us anytime vibe.
    More recently, from a referral, I needed additional lab work done.  I like OneMedical so well, that I called and asked if I could have it done there.  The answer, "Sure, no problem!"  Followed by the hours the lab techs were there and a "drop in anytime for that!"  Who would have thought it possible?   When I went in for the labs; I was about to ask about having the results also forwarded to my OneMedical PCP and was told that they would request the results even if I hadn't asked in order to ensure a continuity of care.
    Thorough, caring and really together about billing and insurance and what you need... For us, worth every penny for the cost of admission.  I would guess, this is not for everyone, but for us, a perfect fit!

    I find them outstanding to care with. I have been going to them for about 10 to 12 years. You can see the doctor when the appointment time comes up. They pay for your parking. They located in the same building as Holy Cross. Everybody is courteous, polite, eager to help. I would continue to use them.

    Dr. Nancy Kator is amazing. I can't recommend her highly enough. She helped us through a nerve-wracking pregnancy and supported us every step of the way. We got weekly sonograms and lots of reassurance. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. She is also very kind and compassionate. She expertly delivered our baby. We would recommend her to anyone. The rest of the staff is also very skilled and considerate.

    Dr. Trifoglio monitored my condition closely, with frequent office visits and blood tests, until the bismuth level had dropped to zero (took about 5 months) and most symptoms had disappeared. She offers much good and practical advice for healthy living, keeps medications and supplements to a minimum, answers questions and never seems rushed. Currently I am scheduled for checkups every 4 months. I am totally satisfied and credit her with saving my life.

    We just moved to the area and don't know anyone and had to call several doctors before we found this one that would take our insurance. I asked the receptionist what was the soonest my daughter could be seen and the receptionist said and quot;Can you come right now?and quot; So we jumped in the car and went there. We were in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before we were called back and seen by the provider. The provider was very nice and took lots of time to talk to us and explain things properly. I was very pleased with the overall experience, and couldn't believe how little we had to wait (no wait) and how nice everyone was and how professional and kind the provider was. The only negatives (which are very minor, compared to the positives), was that the office could have been a little cleaner. Also, I was a little turned off when they made me pay a $50 deposit prior to being seen. They require that for new patients. I've never been to a doctor that has required that before. But those were small things compared to the overall positive experience.
    Update about billing: They completely messed up billing my insurance. They submitted a claim to my insurance which had the wrong name, completely wrong insurance number (not just one number mixed up, it was entirely wrong) and the wrong address. Instead of contacting me asking for help, they just sent me a bill saying my insurance rejected it and I owed them the full amount. I went back in to discuss and they were very nice about it and said they would re-file, but I was amazed at how incorrect they got the insurance information.

    I saw Dr. Hammett 5 or 6 times since early April 2010 for treatment of an ailment (symptoms-extreme fatigue and back ache) and for annual exam. Initially the dr. diagnosed a minor bladder infection. When the antibiotic didn't cause any change in my symptoms the dr.'s office insisted I come in again for a visit. This consisted of prescribing a new antibiotic. I heard nothing from the doctor and continued to feel bad. New appointment and new blood tests. Once again, I heard nothing. I went in for a paps smear, to complete my annual exam. Dr. Hammett then told me that my liver numbers were elevated. I should be tested for hepatitis. This was over 2 weeks after I initially saw the dr. I feel I wouldn't have heard from her if it weren't for the paps smear. I was sent to a gastroenterologist and also prescribed an MRI. At a visit prior to this I was prescribed a sonogram of my liver and that area of my body. I saw the specialist and within another week spontaneously emerged from the pain and extreme fatigue. The gastroenterologist surmised I had some infection or virus. Liver numbers returned to normal. This was some 5 weeks after my symptoms had appeared. After a few weeks of a very busy schedule I contacted Dr. Hammett's office again to get a copy of the MRI results. The visit was scheduled 2.5 weeks later, the earliest time I could get an appointment without my taking time off work. I went in at the time I had recorded on my calendar only to be informed by the receptionist that the dr. never saw patients at that time and I'd have to make a new appointment. I was very upset. I requested that the dr. call me and tell me the results of the tests. The receptionist said she'd check with the dr. Four working days later I got a phone message from the receptionist saying the dr. wanted me to come in. I did so , with a new appointment, today. Dr. Hammett asked me if I were angry. I said I was. I have been fuming over the lack of care/sloppy care (once during this time she told me my blood tests looked good and gave me a copy not of the current tests, but previous ones, before I got sick)by this physician. And inconvenience presented by her work style. She admits she does not call patients but talks with them only in her office, by appointment. She says she alerts patients and has them come in if there is a problematic test result. This didn't happen in my case. My impression of Dr. Hammett's patient concern in my case is " out of sight they are out of mind". Finally, my typical wait in the office prior to seeing the dr. was around 45 minutes. Today it was an hour and once, when I took time off work for an appointment, it was 2 hours. I had to return to work (12 mins. away) that day without seeing the doctor.

    She is very knowledgeable and definitely cares about her patients. She spends as much time as she needs to to deal with the problem. What I don't like is that her staff seems to be overwhelmed and it takes a long time to get an appointment. Sometimes it is even hard to get them on the phone.

    I telephoned the office and scheduled an appointment within a few days. After Dr. Hammett came into the examining room, I indicated that I thought I was suffering from a sinus infection similar to the two I had the previous year. She prescribed an antibiotic. I filled the prescription at the drug store and my symptoms were shortly alleviated.
