The tech said he didn't work on many machines like mine because it not that old. Therefore, he said he didn't know what was wrong with it and had no idea. He told me when he get back to the office he will do some research and get back to me, of course I never heard from them again. I paid $85.00 for absolutely NOTHING!

It did not go well at all. Although this company was prompt in responding to my request, they did not fix my dryer. My dryer had stopped working, a service rep came out and replaced the thermal fuse. He did less than 30 minutes worth of work--charged me a total of $194 and left. When I attempted to use my dryer later that evening, after about 5 minutes into use, my dryer started to smoke terribly and the clothes were so hot that they burned my wife's hand. After unplugging the dryer, I immediately call the service rep. However he did not return my call until mid morning of the next day. After explaining what occurred, he told me that the fuse probably blew again and that I should go to Tribles and buy another one--he said that it should only cost about $.59. He never offer to return and re-access and try and fix the problem. This was poor service; I will never use this company again. I just lost $194.

I called around to try and get service on my Maytag washing machine and AA was the only one I found that did service Maytag.  I called early Thursday and the first time they could fit me in was Monday morning.  Not a great response time, but what choice did i have.   The technician was prompt and polite.  He quickly removed the panel and informed me the belt had just popped off the pulley.  He quickly put it back on and gave it a test run.  Total service time 5-10mins.  On the call I was told the service call would be $79, plus any parts and labor to install parts.  To my surprise, i was charged an additional $50 for labor.  Before I could ask he told me he had to charge my the same labor as if he replaced the belt.  I dont understand this, if I didnt need any additional parts and the total time spent at my home was less than 10mins, why am I being charged an additional $50?  If I needed a new belt or there was considerable time spent I could see some type of justification but I dont believe I was treated fairly or that the company was trust worthy and upfront about what I would be charged.  I unfortunately cant recommend a company that appears they are trying to find ways to increase your bill.

Their map says that i was within their service area but when I called they said the map was a "general" area but they did not service all the areas in the map.  I was left feeling they didn't want to come to my area because it was not in a desirable area of town.  After several questions it was clear they were going to be very inflexible.

I called about microwave repair to an LG over-range model. Taking his time with me, Allen was a wealth of information about costs, repair and buy options, other maker quality, and other factors such as surge protection. Great advice and servie over the phone!

They were a disappointment in every since of the word. They came out and before even touching the appliance, the technician gave us a repair estimate to replace parts and recommended that we remove tile from a newly tiled floor in order to perform the repair. He stated the tile must be removed before he returned. Once he learned the repair was covered by warranty instead of cash, we never heard back from him. We had to call to see when they would be back. This is after we ripped out our tile. They finally came back with parts and it worked for two days. They came back after we complained and said there was nothing they could do. Another company was hired by our warranty company and they fixed it without new parts and stated only a reset button was needed to be adjusted, due to the water temperature, in the first place and our tile would not have to be ripped out for that. What a ripoff...I would not recommend them anyone, clearly they do not know the business at all.

We called him for the washer and he checked the dryer too. I liked the fact that they came right on time. The guy was in uniform and very clean. Sears provides with an excellent service at an affordable price.
