    The services were very good. I’ve been with him for about 15 years. He’s been a wonderful doctor. The waiting room is okay. There is something for children to do and a TV in there. To get an appointment, usually I get it within a week. It takes about 10 minutes to get in. He goes to nursing homes on certain days. He is out of the office working so you can’t call him. For effectiveness of treatment, he has been spot on.

    First they give you a written report of everything. If you had any tests, they give you a report on what the test showed. And they give you an explanation of anything you don't understand. So if you have a CAT scan, you've got a report, or a copy of it. Lot of the other doctors don't give you copies of the actual test that they make. Not only that, when you go in to see him, there's always a nurse practitioner taking down everything on a computer and you get a copy of the whole conversation. You know, questions you've asked, what he said, the advice, all printed out. So there is nothing to worry about. And they also make referrals for you in the sense of you have to see a radiologist, they will call up the radiologist and then the radiologist calls you and ask you what time you can come in for an appointment. You don't have to hunt around for a specialist. They will find one for you and they will have the secretary of that specialist call you up and make the appointment. It saves a lot of time. The office and staff are far better than around Boston. If I was still living there, I would be dead now. They didn't catch my cancer and they are thorough here. Any problems, they get right on top of it. They saved my life.

    The doctor claims he didn't get the cancellation. He doesn't even use an answering service, so we can't even prove that we called to cancel. His secretary told me today that they just use a regular answering machine and they give the notes to the doctor, and then they throw them away, so there is no record. The customer is apparently always wrong. He charged me $75.00 for a no-show visit, and when I told him I had cancelled the appointment, he sent it to collection anyway, so now it's $99.75. I even offered to split the charge with him, but he said no. When I called the office today, they told me it was because I had been late for two appointments in the past. FALSE! I was never late to an appointment with him. Not only that, but he doesn't take our insurance, which is a major insurance used by all of Cape Cod Hospital employees, and he has his picture listed in the hospital book as a preferred provider, but decided after several months of hemming and hawing that he just wouldn't take the insurance, so we have been paying out of pocket! When I looked online to check his ratings, everyone is complaining about problems with this provider that are similar. He has a bad attitude, and just because there is a shortage of dermatologists on Cape Cod he thinks he can treat us however he wants to and get away with it. I will see him in court first. He is rude, has no bedside manner, rushes you out of the office with barely a word, and documents out-right lies in his charts so he can justify charging for services he didn't even perform. Never again!

    I've selected to use a female dentist at the practice. Excellent service. And the dental hygienists are friendly, pleasant and thorough. I've been going here since I moved to Maryland 2 yrs ago - From a friend's referral. And the office is amazing! The staff is efficient and pleasant.

    Before surgery I could not walk without a cane and I was in a lot of constant pain.
    Excellent results from ankle fusion surgery. No pain now and very little pain throughout the process. Very good range of motion now.

    Dr. Carpenter's care has been good. The office is amazing. It is gorgeous. There is a lot of staff and they are very organized. The dental hygienist I saw was fantastic. There was a billing error that took three phone calls to get straightened out. However, they are very efficient.

    It is a large office and there are a lot of doctors and health technicians. I don't have to wait, I will be seen and I do like the doctor I am seeing there. In terms of the availability, they are pretty good.

    She is very very nice. The practice is really efficient. They were pretty much on time every time you go. She is very professional. She takes the time to listen but she is to the point. I just thought that she was a really nice doctor. I thought that she knew her stuff incredibly well. She seems to care a lot. The office is amazing. It is big and eerie but it is an old building. They have laboratory services and other services right there but they are very efficient. It is very easy to book an appointment. It is very easy to call and change the time. They seem to run on time 90 percent of the time unless there is some sort of an emergency.

    They're very responsive. I got a dog bite and she came in on a Sunday to take care of it. Her staff is laid back and comfortable. They're very caring. She diagnosed a problem I had. I just moved here three years ago. A problem I'd had for three and half years and no help at all from others. She diagnosed it and got it fixed. I love her.

    I really didn't like it. I worked out. I signed up to get a couple of workouts with a trainer. We did all machines, which I don't really like. I like weights, bands, and that kind of stuff. From one visit to the next, it was really hard to remember what the goals was and if you wanted somebody to help you you had to pay again. I went to one class and I'm a pretty fit person. I can walk five or six miles and I'm 64 years old. I think of myself, I need to lose weight, but I'm a strong, healthy person. I went to this class and I've never been in a situation that was so stinking competitive. They made us walk on our hands and knees backwards, upside down with our stomach up and your hands down and racing from one end of the room forwards and backwards. It was awful. I could not do it. I can walk five miles but I couldn't do that. Nobody was encouraging, nobody cared that we were trying. I really didn't like it. They weren't young women. It was like they were competitive about how fit they were.
