DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This company doesn’t provide written quotes (but comes up with the #s in his head), are overpriced when compared to other companies and doesn’t want to be held liable if THEY damage your property (as stated to me by the owner’s wife Michelle). Oh & they clearly aren’t versed in the trees of their own state because they incorrectly identified 2 of my existing trees. I had an Arborist correctly identify the trees & states that one of them was NOT dead as WTS stated & recommended I remove

Communication was great.  The owner responded to my call promptly and came to give estimate the following day.  He arrived on-time and was easy to talk to.  Cost was less than the other estimate I obtained.  To gain access to the yard, I had to enlarge the fence opening to 8.5 feet.  I did that promptly and the work was scheduled for the following week.  There was a bit of a mixup on the timing bu...

The owner came to provide an estimate at the time scheduled which was a good positive sign. Fast, efficient service. Four men were present who quickly got to work under Paul's (owner) direction.
