    Benjamin Painting, INC.
I cant thank Benjamin and his team enough. They were extremely patient with all of my requests and made sure to do an extraordinary job. In addition, they left my house super clean and took everything with them. You can tell the quality of both the workers and the expectations of Benjamin. The quality of the paint itself is impeccable and they make sure everything is just as you expect but even better.

    HOMEPROS Construction & Remodeling
Well the contractor like most contractors seem interested to get the job until of course they got the job then their customer service changed. HomePros never pulled a permit which they said they would. 75% of all worked preformed had to be redone a second time because of the poor workmanship and finished look of the job. Here is a few of those items. Ceiling, interior wall, exterior wall, and they ordered the wrong window size as well. The owner Randall spent very little time at all on the job site and was very difficult to reach once they had been given the job. The quality and fished product did not match the work that was advertised on their website. Ultimately I signed off on the job as happy however I would never higher this company again and would greatly advise those against it. The owners son was however very professional and took extra time and effort to correct the poor finished look of the work that the supposedly experienced worker was done with. His customer service is what convinced me to sign off on the job as done and satisfied. There was nothing else they could do to make it better so it didnt make sense to me to drag out this job. In closing I would say at very best this company is capable of handyman work but not anything close to a full remodeling contractor. Buyer Beware!!

    Brandt the Handyman & Painter
Brandt was extremely professional and communicated regularly over email as we coordinated a replacement front door ordering and associated logistics. He arrived when he said he would, gave a quote a few days as agreed, and the work was done well. The pricing seemed reasonable and the quality was good. With our garbage disposal, we did have an issue where one of Brandt's assistants missed a step to allow our dishwasher to drain to the garbage disposal. When I followed up about it, he promptly sent his assistant to fix it at no charge. It was a simple issue, but I was impressed that he stands behind his work. I will likely work with him again in the future and have already recommended him to a friend.

AW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLC
I had a three season porch I needed re-built. It definitely was not original to the home but it was in terrible shape. My cousin, who Albert had done some minor work in the past for, suggested that I get in touch with him. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. The crew was respectful to my home and privacy at all times. I had some pretty strict demands (start time, end time, days off, etc) and they were always courteous about it.

    RB Skimcoat
Short version do not hire Randy Berube of RB Skimcoat. Long version is below This company subbed out the work we contracted to them without notice, no phone call or heads up, just some random guys showed up not knowing anything about the site. The sub contractor then walked off the job because it wasn't what they bid. Our jobsite has been significantly delayed. The owner Randy is never available by phone to resolve any issues, provide guidance to those subs that showed up etc. We even tried to resolve the sub issue by negotiating with the sub to pay them for the bid gap same day but Randy was unreachable to finalize, sub walked. He texted us later that night "How dare we try to hire his sub directly", just crazy. He required a huge deposit on a labor only job and was one of those guys who would then call with excuse after excuse after we are already tied into a contract, delay delay delay. Randy the Owner, once called asking for more deposit money just so he could get his truck fixed in order to supposedly be able to stay on schedule, and us idiots paid it to help him out and in the hopes of keeping things moving smoothly. Fast forward through continued miscommunications unreturned phone calls, more delays, now he's stuck on a "major job" says he's overwhelmed and can't make it, but he'll get back to us when he knows more...... We then requested a cancellation of the contract only to get presented with an invoice now charging for bid time, one of the bid times was when he met us to get a larger deposit so he could fix his truck, can't make this stuff up, time spent by subs who walked off the site an hour after arriving. We even agreed to getting our deposit slashed by over 60% just to be done with it. When asked to be refunded the remaining 40% we were told the money had been spent already. When we asked what it had been spent on, this job was labor only no materials, he told us that because we gave him the deposit back in September that other jobs had consumed it and that he would pay us when he could "maybe" in the next couple of weeks but that he didn't know right now. Mind you, he hasn't answered the phone in over two weeks, will only annoyingly text. Unbelievable!! Don't make the same mistake we did. Do not hire RB Skimcoat - Owner Randy Berube, and keep an eye out for new ads using the # 978x930x947x2.

    Commonwealth Environmental Services
The demolition and mold remediation presumably went well. Unfortunately, the work to finish the ceiling replastering and painting was delayed several months and then initially done poorly. To CES's credit, they did send in a different plasterer to repair the work. To be clear, I believe that CES operated in good faith. However, the work took months to complete because they seemed to have forgotten to finish it. Once it was back on their radar, they completed the work quickly and initially did a poor job, they immediately fixed it with quality. I have no choice but to ding them on responsiveness and punctuality.

    GEG Construction and Painting
They applied the prime on the wall before painting; fixed all the holes on my wall. They used painter's tape to achieve straight lines. I told
just once how I wanted it done, and He understood how I wanted.
I got his name from a card that He gave to my mom when He did a job at her boyfriends house. Because his neighbor who used him to paint the interior of his home and he was happy.
He took 3 days to get my whole house done.

    Handy Randy Services
I found Handy Randy Services on the internet, I had a list of misc items i needed to have done for a house i had just purchased. After getting to know the guys I asked Mike for an Estimate on a complete Kitchen remodel, "Studs out". The project was lengthy; about 3 weeks, but the end result was amazing! The tile was PERFECT! I would definitely hire again!

    Brusa Home Improvement
We moved into a house where problems in the master bath had been "fixed" with a set of temporary solutions including a drop ceiling installed over flaking paint and old wall paper. Our shower had a small leak and the wallboard around it was damp. No fan had ever been installed in the bathroom so there was a moisture issue. The fixes were unattractive and they themselves now needed to be fixed.
Chris was great to work with. He and his son completed the work in 4 days. Chris gave us a very fair bid, less than other estimates we obtained, and clearly explained what he would do and how he would do it. He fit us into his schedule, even though were a bit delayed in getting back to him with a decision. The quality of Chris's work was high and we were really pleased. He worked quickly and took care to make sure that the work area was cleaned up at the end of the day. The bathroom looks great - tile, paint, new ceiling - everything. We love it. We will definitely work with Chris again and highly recommend him to anyone.

    JBL Painting
Julio was friendly, polite, and very responsive for a quote and then to begin work drywalling and spackling. He did not finish within the amount of time he predicted so he may have underestimated the job as a whole. If there is any painting I need done in the future I will gladly consider hiring him again!
