It went extremely well, very informative since my bf and I are first time home buyers. Busy dog worked very well with us in renewing and transferring the warranty into my name and was a quick, easy, and stressless process.

    Supreme Waterproofing
We have a high water table in our neighborhood. Basement flooded every heavy rain storm. We had a sump pump put in with french drain pipes. We have not had any water issues since the installation. Supreme Waterproofing did a great job!

    khyco
I contacted KHYCO for a home improvemen project consisting of installing approximately 45 square feet of kitchen tile flooring, intalling a new kitchen sink faucet, new kitchen lights and installing a new garbage disposal. Not only was the job outstand but he went above and beyound and also fixed a couple of cabinet doors for me out kindness. The customer service, quality of work and reliability is equal to none! I will use KHYCO again. Highly recommended by me and many others as can be seen on their website. Please visit them. www.khycoinc.com

    A Watertite Foundation Crack Repair
Tom was great. He responded quickly to my request for service, came out soon after and got right to work. Tom was professional, reasonable and honest. I felt very comfortable with him and his crew in my home. I have not seen whether or not the cracks will have any additional leaks yet but feel confident that I will be very pleased come spring. I have had other contractors give costly recommendations that would in the end not fix the issue. Tom was very open about getting to the root of the problem without breaking the bank. Thank you Tom. I am confident that my basement remodel will be back on track because of your work and fair pricing.

    Pioneer Basement
The team was very professional and thorough. They estimated the job and provided us with a detailed plan of attack to help solve our basement water issues. When they can to do the job, they stayed true to their estimate. The best part was they cleaned up after themselves.  Pricing was reasonable compared to other estimates we received. They warranty their work and when we had a small water leak they came right out to review it and replair the issue. We would highliy recommend this team!!

I went to their Web site and submitted an online request for a quote. The next morning, I had a phone call from a representative to go over the details and set up an appointment for a few weeks later.
Craig, the owner, showed up promptly. He inspected the basement, foundation, and existing setup and asked me what my preferred outcome would be (in my case, just a presentable basement dry enough to serve as a storage area, rather than turning it into recreational or office space). We then went over the options using his laptop. I was able to see what the proposed products would look like, and we had a discussion about whether my needs would best be served by the least, middle, or most expensive options. Craig did not push for the most expensive option and agreed with me when I settled for the middle-to-low options.
The work was scheduled within a few weeks. The workers, Brandon and Jay, could not have been more professional, pleasant, and hard working. They arrived right on time and worked nonstop. It was clear from my conversations with them that they took great pride in their work, which was evident as they pointed out the details they had given extra attention to.
I think the price was more than reasonable for the work that was performed and the equipment required to alleviate the problem. The space is now much more attractive, and dry enough that I can store items, including clothing, without having to worry about mold or damage from a damp environment.
The company is based in CT and uses materials manufactured in the U.S. All in all, I don't know what more I could ask of a company.
That said, we have not had heavy rains or snow melt since I had it installed. I am confident it will work as advertised, and will check back here if it does not. Based on their positive reviews, I'm not too worried.

We purchased a big deal from Angies to have Basement Technologies come into our home and complete an inspection of our basement for water issues. The company was quick to call us back once the purchase was made. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. The day of the appointment, a call was received 10 minutes prior to the arrival time informing us they would not be able to make our schedled time and needed to re-schedule. A new appointment was scheduled for the next day. On the new appointment day, a call was received by the person coming for our appointment 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to inform us they were running late. While on the phone the individual asked some basic questions to expedite some of the paperwork and informed me he would only need about 45 minutes to run through the assessment. The gentleman was here for over 3 hours, spent way too much time asking questions that didn't pertain to the job at hand and did not provide us with a written estimate. What he quoted was the highest estimate we received and was willing to take $ off if, we wrote a positive review, signed that day etc... He then called us back at 7:45pm on Sunday evening letting us know they were having a sale and would take another $2000 off the quote but needed to know within 24 hours. We will not be signing up for services from them. The product looked to be of good quality but their sales techiques have little to be desired,

    AFFORDABLE MASONRY
Scott came at the appointed time and surveyed our basement.  He recommended a French drain around the perimeter leading to a sub-basement sump pump to expel the drained water.  That would require our emptying the basement, particularly around the perimeter and dealing with extensive disruption during construction.  Given the use we put the basement to and the value of the house itself, we decided not to pursue this work, but the written estimate will be useful if/when we sell the house.

They were okay. I have tenants who live in there ever since and I never heard a problem about water. They did what they said they were going to do. I have nothing bad to say. The foreman was good and the guys that worked for him. Everybody worked well. One thing I did like was sometimes, when you get three or four guys working, language can get a little foul and they were very good about not cussing because I do have families living in the building and most of them don't use foul language so it's nice. They were very nice. They cleaned up when they were done, showed me everything that they had done and how to make sure that I knew if it did work, the maintenance and whatever so there's no problem. I would use them again. If I ever have another water problem, they're gonna be the first company I'd call.

    Drycrete Waterproofing
Clean up was quick and Jason, walked me through entire finished job. He even laid some extra stones he had on my patio, no extra cost and one day job. Very happy! Only tip for homeowner..cover anything in basement (furniture, etc.) with sheets or tarps. It is a dusty job.
