The staff was great.  I have been using Harvard Vanguard for awhile.  The waiting room was good.  At this particular location they have there own little area.  Not crowded at all.  Very clean.

He was good. He listens very well. He makes an attempt to answer all questions and educate parents on what they could do to help. For me, he spoke a little but quickly, but I could understand almost everything he was trying to tell me.

I have been a patient for seven years now. They fit me in for things that come up unexpectedly without much notice. I love that they have three offices to choose from because if one location can not fit me in another will. If my doctor is unavailable they get me an appt. with another provider. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Never once have they made errors in my insurance billing in all these years. They have a lab on site which saves time. I never feel like they rush me out the door they genuinely seem to care about my health and wellbeing. They are very active in giving back to the community and seem to have a heart of gold when it comes to their patients. The extended and weekend hours make it so convenient. I live in Brewster but drive all the way to the Wellfleet office because the ladies at the front desk are so nice and bothered to get to know me. When I call to make an appt they work hard to make it convenient for me and fit me in when necessary. They just always seem to find a solution to whatever the issue may be. I have changed doctors there several times as I like variety in providers and always have been happy with them. I love that all in one place I can have my obgyn exam and yearly physical and as things occur like injuries or illness they are always happy to accommodate me. I feel blessed to have found this little gem because they take such good care of me. There is a huge range of types of doctors including orthopedics and even mammograms now. It's pretty much one stop and everything is handled without excessive greedy over testing and then rushed out the door. The office is all computerized they take all notes on lap tops and are able to look back at all of my visits and prior issues and medications so easily.

    Hearing Solutions of New Hampshire
My mother-in-law's hearing loss was causing her to be more distant. She had worn hearing aids in the past but was annoyed by them and would never wear them. After doing some reading on different hearing aid manufacturers we found the reputation for the kind she had previously worn was not very good and that there are a few high quality types that are far less prone to squeal, buzz, etc. Many reports spoke highly of devices sold by the Oticon company so we searched for a doctors office with Oticon near where she lives and found Hearing Solutions in Nashua. My wife and mom were very impressed with the testing they did. The tests allowed them to program the Oticon's to precisely offset her range of hearing loss. The doctor (Elaine?) said when the adjustment isn't done properly patients have trouble and abandon wearing their hearing aid, (which is what happened in our mom's case). So far so good. She went back for 1 adjustment and it has been 2 months without a problem. Enjoying TV, talking with friends and being able to hear again has made all the difference. She is impressed with the Oticon aids and we've been impressed with the staff at Hearing Solutions. I told her we would write a review and give them a salute. Thank you.

Last minute request for review/referral went through very easily. and quot;My Health Onlineand quot; system made communication very easy and quick, but staff also made sure to follow up with personal phone calls. The internet did not erase the personalized attention.

He was very competent in his diagnosis. The surgery preparation was done well. He kept me entirely informed. He offered suggestions for me. He gave me several options in advance. He handled the surgery well. My knee is doing fine since the surgery. This is a large facility.

    Brown, Dr. Jeffrey S.
I had a very good experience with him. He was very gentle and thorough. He was recommended by a friend and he was excellent. The doctor is in his prime and he is not too young or old either. Everything was very professional. The office is clean and updated. The staff is friendly. You don't have to wait.

    Wynne, Dr. Huang
It's a small office and I normally don't have to wait too long. The doctor, nurse practitioners and the office staff are all very good. The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable. I've had to see her right away and they have been very accommodating. Usually if I need to see them for anything such as a prescription they do it the same day or the next day if it is something that is not life threatening. It is very easy to make an appointment. The longest I?ve ever had to wait in the waiting room was 15 minutes, which was rare. The staff is very friendly. I generally see the nurse practitioner. They have been very good and get to anything that I have needed such as prescriptions.

Please note that I really like Dr. Fullerton. So much so that I reviewed her separately on her physician page. I liked all of my interactions with Dr. Fullerton (OB), Amy (her assistant), and Kim (the practice's nurse). I also thought Dr. Bose was great in the appointment I had with her, and Dr. Druga seemed nice and competent. He did my hospital postpartum check and spent some time on the phone with me when I was in labor. All that aside, I have some major issues with the desk staff at this office. In general, I felt that the tone I got from the women working at the front desks at this practice was, at best, curt (like maybe she was having a bad day or didn't sleep well last night), at worst rude and inappropriate. If I called to make an appointment or change an appointment, the general attitude felt like irritation with me and that my needs couldn't possibly be met. In the end, they always were, but it was a reluctant bargain. When I showed up and forgot when to leave my urine sample (before or after signing in?) someone would bark at me and remind me, complete with eye roll, as though I were the stupidest pregnant lady ever, and really should remember the drill. Maybe I'm misreading these tones, and maybe she had something in her eye or was rolling it at something else, but I was certainly never treated in a way that I would describe as friendly. Not once. The worst possible example of the desk staff's behavior was on a very bad day I had at the office. My dad had driven me to my appointment because was without a car. He brought a magazine and sat in the waiting room while I waited TWO HOURS in an examining room to see the doctor. This was not normal. Usually I only waited 5-15 minutes in the waiting room. It was an exceptionally hard day for them, and I can't blame them for that, but would have appreciated someone coming in at 20 or 30 minutes and offering me the chance to reschedule. I do want to point out that the woman who made my next appointment when I exited (her desk is inside the office door) was always polite and nice to me. In any case, there are some good doctors at this practice, and nearly everyone I've dealt with behind the door is great, but the face of the office is really a problem. The waiting room is a very unpleasant place to be. I also wish they didn't play radio with commercials or tv with noise in the waiting room, but I'd pop in my earplugs and tolerate the mass media if the women at the front desk would just be friendly and professional.
