    Massachusetts Home Inspections
David was on time, easy to work with, and very honest. His inspection was extremely thorough and he offered opinions and advise whenever he was able to. Thanks to David, I was able to identify some issues that I had not known about, some issues that were worse than thought, and some issues that weren't issues at all (as identified by a different inspector). I would recommend David to anyone and everyone. In the world of home/property ownership, there is so much that can wrong when dealing with some many contractors. David gave me the information I needed to ensure all my decisions were well informed.

It went well, and actually we identified a high radon issue with the home. We had to restart our home search, and when it came time to inspect the next one, we called Wayne again. He took 3.5 hours this time, and helped identify a serious issue in the basement that we are asking the Sellers to address.

Wayne inspected two homes for me.  The first was found to have a termite
problem, so we were able to avoid a very expensive mistake. The second
    passed inspection.
In both cases Wayne performed a thorough
inspection over the course of 3-4 hours.  During the inspection he was
informative and professional, giving me a good idea of the problems that
    I would face.
He returned a detailed written report within 12
hours of performing the inspection with which I was able to make an
informed home buying decision and use as a basis for future repair and
    maintenance plans.

    MacLean Home Inspections, LLC
It is her business. I found her through Angie's list. On the website it was same and she quoted us and it was the same so it was very transparent. She is very, very informative. She took time to answer our questions. She is very experienced and methodical. She didn't dance around about and I was very impressed with her. This is the second home we purchased and this is very informative as a buyer. She was fabulous and if there was a flag she told us what was wrong and why it was wrong and when it needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. She was very, very knowledgeable, very helpful and very informative. She was very nice and easy to talk to.

    Mystic Home Inspection
Donald was at the house 15 minutes early, he took the time to look on the outside. He inspected each and every portion of the house. I asked questions on everything that I saw and he was happy to explain in great detail why is like that, how it should be and how it can be corrected.
The inspection took approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, in which he looked everywhere, inspected each and every corner, took a lot of pictures and by the next morning i had a complete report with pictures online.
He found termite damage, post beetle bug (or what it's called), mold, rot etc...etc...
I am very happy with his services, he was very professional. I can't say enough good things about Donald.

    JBS HOME INSPECTIONS

We were under a time restraint in that we had put an offer on the house, but were scheduled to go on vacation a few days later. It also happened to be the 4th of July week, so we were worried about getting the inspection done in time. I called JBS and Tracey Litt got back to me promptly and we were able to schedule the inspection for the day before we left. They typically do the inspections in the morning and then write up the results in the afternoon to get a report out as soon as possible.  When we arrived Tracey was already there and had started visual inspection of the outside of the property.  She walked us through the plan of attack and how she would report on

various findings.  I will say that I was very impressed by how thorough the home inspection was.  The inspection took around 2.5- 3hours, but Tracey covered everything one would hope an inspector would cover and made suggestions of things that were immediate concerns and things that might be nice to have done in the future.  She crawled under and into everything that should get and made some key observations of things that were not obvious from the outside.  Given that it was over 90 degree outside, my wife was particularly impressed that Tracey climbed up into the attic (probably at about 120 degrees by then) and spent about 10 minutes crawling around looking over everything.  I think she may have lost about 5 pounds by the time she got back out, since I crawled up there breifly and felt how hot it was.  After the inspection was finished she gave us her final thoughts and told us to expect a report back by the next day.  We recieved the report that evening and it was very comprehensive (over 80 pages) that outlined all the things that were looked at, problem areas, things that required immediate attention and things that may become problems in the future.  Overall I was very happy with how the inspection went and it gave us a good idea of what we should expect moving forward with the house.

    ASSURANCE HOME INSPECTION CORP
Michael met us at a property we hope to purchase to perform a home inspection. He was early, which was wonderful, and he had also called me several days before to confirm the appointment. He was friendly and funny, and laughed at my dumb jokes.
He took us around the outside of the property and not only told us of any issues, but options how to fix them, where to go for parts, etc. Most were minor issues he said we could take care of. He then took us through the basement, the longest portion of the inspection, the main level, and the upstairs master.
He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was looking at, why he looked at it, etc. We left feeling pretty good about the property, aware of the issues it had, armed with questions for the seller, and impressed with Michael's vast knowledge. It was a really great experience, for what I am told is a good price. We left with the report on a cd. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours, but we were also chatting with the realtor so it probably shouldn't have taken that long.
