    A few of the technicians are very good, and a few are nearly incompetent. The same day service is misleading because the window of time the company provides for appointments is too great and does not allow for any flexibility when juggling work. In addition, a technician cancelled a scheduled appointment and the company was unwilling to reschedule the appointment for the next morning, instead providing a range of before 12:00 pm noon. The company is unwilling to be flexible and offer firm appointments even with repairs that need immediate attention.

    I called the company and they did return the call on the next business day. I spoke with a women who asked what was needed. I informed her that my Samsung side by side refrigerator was not cooling enough and the freezer was not getting cold at all. She said she understood. I then proceeded to tell her that I did some troubleshooting on my own. I did inform her that I have an Electrical Degree and that I was familiar with troubleshooting HVAC Controls. She immediately interrupted me in mid sentence to tell me they would not work on anything that was serviced or trouble shot by anyone else!! This was a shock to me, due to the fact that everyone no matter who, does some basic troubleshooting. During our conversation, I tried to explain that with some troubleshooting, I would be able to help her service technician pin point the problem.. She responded, their company could not warranty their work since some other entity worked on it previously. I went on to give an example, if someone called various repair companies to fix their refrigerator or any other appliance and they were unsuccessful, then they called your company and decided to be honest and tell you what has transpired previously with the other companies, your company would not come out to do a repair. She said that is correct, I explained, if they or I lied about what was done previously they would come out and work on it. She said good day sir and hung the phone up. So what I am left to believe is that, their company will only work on an appliance that they have full control over. Which in turn means they can tell anyone what part or parts they need and they control the cost of the repair. I understand warranty work. I even understand some of their logic. I also know that any company who refuses to service something due to the fact that someone else serviced it before, just wants to control what they want you to pay. I own a service company, I have serviced many products that customers on their own tried to have serviced by other companies or themselves. I have never refused a customer a chance to get something repaired. If I noticed damage from what someone else did, I brought that to their attention. If I felt that the repair that I performed would be in jeopardy due to the previous attempts by someone else, I would explain what I would be willing to do.. Not urn my back on them. I guess honesty only works, if its to their advantage. David C

    Perfect! I called Brian on a Thursday he came out on a Monday (we were leaving that day for the weekend). Immediately diagnosed the problem - the part came in that same week - Thursday and he came out within a few hours and my 20+ old Amana is now freezing as it should and the frig is again keeping things cold and I now have an appliance repair person I can trust and depend on. Win win!

    I called Brian yesterday because my washing machine has been moving across the floor every 3 or 4 loads for about a month.  More recently it would shake very hard and move really far during the spin cycle.  He said he would arrive between 11-1 today.  He arrived a little after 11.  He leveled the machine and put rubber covers on the feet to also help.  I decided to have him change the old hoses to new stainless steel hoses while he was here.  He was polite and professional.  I would gladly hire him again if I have other appliance service needs.

    He had to scheduled too many times.  He took $100.00 from me to purchase the heating element,  but I found out the part was only $33.00.  He also said that he was stuck in traffic and charged me for that $60.00.  I do  not recommend him nor will I use him again.

    I called All Brands Appliance Repair this morning.  It's the day after a holiday weekend, so I expected to get an answering service and to wait for an appointment.  To my delight, Joe answered immediately, asked if I was home today and said he could be here between 2 - 5pm.  He arrived at about 2:30.  He was clean cut, super personable and professional.  His 25 years of experience is obvious.  He explained what was wrong with the oven and that it was a very common repair.  He had the part that he needed with him already and he fixed the it on the spot!  I'm thrilled to have a working oven again and highly recommend Joe and All Brands Appliance Repair!  A++ service!

    Ryan did a great job of diagnosing the problem. Turns out the hidden laundry drain was clogged, and not the washer. Ryan was helpful in the next steps to be taken to fix the problem. Great service.

    provider diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher an advised I needed a control board  for a cost $220 dollars my dishwasher is 10 years old and I am undecided whether go ahead with repair or purchase a new dishwasher

    Very well! Easy install of refrigerator water line, very knowledgeable of dishwasher issues, helped diagnose and while unable to fix without new part, gave easy instructions to do so DIY. EXCELLENT and would definitely recommend Floros!

    The fridge temperature did lower a bit when Brian replaced the fan, but it came back up to 60F after a few days.  Brian came back after a few days and was unable to solve the issue.  He recommended that we defrost.  We did so several times over about a 1 month period, and it would always help but never solve the issue. The temperature would always increase to ~50 to ~60 F after a few days.  Brian made two more visits, but was unable to solve the problem.  Brian made several attempts, but in the end I basically wasted $300.
