    It's nice because there's a few different kinds of doctors there I use. They treated me for different things. One of the doctors who helped me with my kidney stones is the best in her field. A lot of the nursing staff is very helpful and cooperative. They keep you well informed.

    Not very helpful but they ruled out for me the possibility that a bone was broken or that I was doing further damage by using my foot - and indeed it did, over time, improve.

    Had they proposed a surgical solution I would have been most reluctant - but they certainly were not and quot;knife happyand quot;

    I scheduled appointment with this office for urgent women���s issue (yeast infection). One of their doctors was accepting new patients. I was suffering very much at that time which I described over the phone and asked for urgent appointment. They told me that they cannot take me for urgent appointment because I am not their regular patient. I explained that we recently moved to MA, I plan on becoming their regular and they just accepted me as a new patient. But it did not convinced them. The office scheduled appointment for me within next a few days.

    On the day of my appointment I took off from work (which was not easy for me at that time as my work was very busy) and came to the doctor's office. While waiting in the waiting room, I was told that the doctor is unavailable (he or she went to take birth of a child) and my appointment needs to be rescheduled. There were other doctors in this group office and I asked if other doctors could see me. The lady who was talking to me said that the doctors in this office don't see patients of other doctors. I asked if I could talk to their manager because I have an urgent condition yeast infection. I also mentioned that I could not even sleep well at night and I already waited for a few days for this appointment. The lady said to me that she is the manager and with the urgent issues I should go to the emergency room. I tried to say that yeast infection is very suffering experience but typical for women, as I am sure this office knows all about, but emergency room treats patients with broken bones, heart attacks or strokes and it would be taking time away from patients with such serious conditions...

    I was hurt very much and not just physically but also emotionally at that time. The doctors knew that I was suffering and they refused even to see the me?! I don't remember the exact appointment date but I can find it out as well as the name of that particular doctor.

    I returned to my office at work and I had to stay late that day to make up the time lost due to this doctor's visit. Also, I called different OBGYN doctor's office. I was so relieved to hear from another doctor's office that they definitely can help and squeeze me in for the next day urgent appointment! So, it took about 30 minutes of doctor's time and I received 2 prescription drugs that made me feel good almost immediately! Thanks God for doctors who care about simple human being who is in pain or suffering!

    This would be only story about Dr. Adler that makes him a stand-out. When I had this very sharp, sudden pain to my arm...I ended up in the ER thinking it was possibly a stroke....the pain and weakness came on suddenly with no warning while I was driving. After xrays I got the diagnosis of a pinched nerve to the neck...and pain that radiated through my back to my left upper arm....The pain was extremely bad..and I lost the use of my left arm....Went to see Dr. A. the following Weds and he suggested that I get a device whereas the face/neck is harnessed and a bag of water is hooked on via a pulley....went over the door.....After searching through the internet before seeing him....a saw someone who had this problem and had tried meds, acupuncture, a chiropractor, neurologist and numerous other things to relieve the pain....then he figured out going to a medical supply place and getting this device....the cost of $22.00.....He said it worked beautifully so when Dr. Adler suggested this unconventional treatment I could not believe what he said...I then did the instructions exactly like he said...and within a week the pain had lessened....and although I needed someone there to hook me up and take it down...within 3 weeks I could do it myself...Even though I still had problems with my left arm and had trouble writing started to slowly get better...Dr. A. then sent me to other docs that could follow through with the symtoms I had and was properly diagnosed....Long story is a year....and I can do everything I did was told to me that the syndrome I suffered could take 6mos to 2 years to heal...if it could....and to get back to 100% it will take another year...BUT i can do everything...push, pull, write, lift...anything without difficulty...just cannot move my arm straight up....for now...It is because Dr. Adler follows through and gives excellent care that I can say this....One would be VERY lucky to have him as a doctor....He is dedicated and does rounds with his patients daily in the hospital BEFORE he goes to the at 6am...if you are in the is not surprising he is there to check on you.....

    I have not seen him in a few years but my other family members have seen him. He is just excellent. He has got an amazing bedside manner. He removed something off my face and you cannot absolutely tell that today at all. He is totally painless. He is older and I never want him to stop practicing. He is out of Winchester Hospital and the nurses love working with him. He is just an amazing guy. We actually see his daughter as a dermatologist, who is just as amazing. I would not go to anyone else. He is good. In terms of availability, I never had any trouble. He is not one of the doctors who is over booked and you have to wait for six months for an appointment. If you call him and you have an issue, he sees you; you do not even have to wait in the office. My daughter has had things removed by him too so I would recommend him. I would absolutely use his services again in the future. He is skilled and has a good bedside manner.

    He did a brief examine and without any x-rays or other imaging to figure out what was happening he sent me to Physical Therapy. After 6 weeks or so of unsuccessful physical therapy and wearing a brace with a sling, my therapist requested an X-ray, which helped us to determine that it was cervical related and finally I began to receive some relief from the pain. Unfortunately on the day that I saw him, he was in a rush. I was given no information as to what it was. It is also extremely difficult to get an appointment with him as he is booked weeks in advance.

    Dr. Solomon has the most wonderful beside manner. When you need a specialist, he goes out of his way to find one that he would use for his family. If he wasn't so busy, he would get a perfect 5.

    I have been going there for at least 5 years or maybe more. The primary care doctor that I go to, I like very much. The practice is often very busy and in general they are pretty good and pretty responsive. Sometimes the front office staff seems either too busy or doesn't always respond in a friendly way as you want. Sometimes they are very good but sometimes they seem a bit overwhelmed. They are a large medical practice and what is surprising to me is that their phones have a message between the hours of 1 and 2 saying that they've gone for lunch, which seems strange for a doctor's office. Sometimes it's a little bit hard to get in touch with them quickly and easily. They are good about calling you back usually but it sometimes seems like that are a little bit under staffed. For the most part, they are good and I won't switch to a different office but they are sometimes very busy.
