    Family Care Medical Center
Terrible people. The doctor is great but the people there are the worse. When you call, people are chomping on food while on the phone. The location is very dirty. The last person I had to deal with was very rude. The management is just awful.

Everything was done appropriately, except the MA wrote down a height for me, even though she didn't measure me, and it was 3 inches taller than I am! I was also disappointed that when I went to make my appt. for my physical, I was told I would have to go to their East Longmeadow office, as they were closing their wilbraham office.

    Lehman, Dr. Andrew
He is a great guy. He is very good and everybody in his practice has been very good. I will be seeing him again next week for my followup. He has a lot of experience and he is very good to deal with. He has a very good bedside manner. I am very happy with him, his practice and all the services that they provide. They have been good all the way.

That place is amazing. My doctor there is Dr. Andrew Lehman. I started with them seven years ago when my knees started hurting and they told me I could either get it replaced or work around it by doing certain things and then go back and see them if I couldn't stand it anymore. That is officially, what I did; I went back and said I cannot stand it anymore and that we have to do something. Once you get started, the organization, the follow-up and the process is just absolutely fantastic. They gave me a rundown of certain exercises I had to do before surgery and post surgery and the number of times I would need to do it. They told me that the exercises would help to strengthen my legs and my upper body because I was going to need that. They have a good cooperative relationship at the hospital. For hip and knee replacements, you just check in a night before the surgery and everything progresses from there. When you leave the hospital, you have a packet of information and you have all of your appointments already laid out for you for the follow-up. Depending upon where you are going from there, they make sure that all of those things happen, so you make the decisions and they make it happen.

    Harbison, Dr. William A.
He is very good. He takes a keen interest in my particular case. He keeps adjusting my medication and everything I do. I think he is very good. He is available when I need him. I get good service right away when I go to the office. He has a good manner. He is very friendly.

It was a very good experience. The place is very good and the doctors are very good. Everyone there is top notch. They are all qualified people. They go out of their way to hire happy people. It is a good place to go to heal your knees.

I see Dr.Foulks for yearly gynecological exams, but this winter was different. I was asking about tubal ligation and he very carefully explained all the options and methods which the procedure could be done. When I voiced concerns about anesthesia, he calmly explained it to me to make me more comfortable. When I decided on a procedure that he himself did not perform he gave me a fabulous referral to another colleague of his who does do the type i was requesting
However, due to some unfortunate events, I found myself back in Dr.Foulk's office for him to and quot;re-doand quot; the procedure in a different manner and he was very understanding of my stressed out self. This time the surgery went perfectly with no complications, and everyone was so helpful when I was feeling anxious.
From my first checkup, through the birth of my child (which he did the c-section for) right through to my tubal ligation, he has always been a wonderfully kind and understanding doctor.
The nurses and receptionists are ALWAYS bright and cheery and although I only see them once a year, Denise, my favorite nurse, remembers me every time and greets me by name, etc. The billing staff is also very tolerant of my silly questions and forgetful payments!
The ONLY possible complaint I could see there being is that it is VERY difficult to get a routine appointment, and I now schedule mine a year in advance. However, I will say that anytime I have had any sort of urgent need, they have been exceptional in getting me in at the earliest convenience.
If you are looking for a new Gynecologist/Obstetrician,I would HIGHLY reccommend using this office and especially Dr.Foulks!

I’m very pleased with them. I always see one doctor there. She’s very good. I’ve been going to her for as long as she’s been in the practice. She’s very open. She seems to know her business. I don’t have a problem with the billing and administration. I would use their services again in the future.

He was punctual, answered all my questions, filled out prescription forms quickly and sent me for a blood test. As a follow-up, I received the results of the blood test within a week with a personal note explaining the outcomes.
