    Most professional and friendly opth group ever! Have worked with almost everyone in the office as my whole family goes here. I also am a cancer patient with specialized eye needs and my dr here has coordinated with Mass Eye and Ear at Mass General. They can handle everything from the basic care to the most specialized rare issues (I for one am the only patient in Mass w a particular rare eye retinal disorder). They even have Saturday emergency hours which I appreciated one morning very much after my son had an eye injury the night before (did you know the ER can't do much for eye injuries? It would've been a long wait till Monday, I never heard my son cry more than that night with his eye injury). I recc this group to everyone and you should not hesitate to entrust your eye care to them. They are both friendly and professional. They also have an eyeglass store on site with great frames and very fair prices. Full service group!

    The doctor was very thorough. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and understood the possible ramifications. He and his staff were professional and friendly. I would have no problem referring friends and family to this office.

    First the good: as stated in previous reviews, Dr. Adornato is an extremely confident, competent practitioner, and for adult patients, she is just fine. She really did not have enough patience to deal with our daughters when they were converting to contact use so we switched them to Dr. Haradon. She is also very competent but has a warmer bedside manner and this meshed better with our family's needs so we all eventually switched over to her, though we would not hesitate to trust Dr. Adornato with our eye exams, etcetera. We have been very satisfied with both optometrists' care of our vision.
    Now the bad: we are in the process of seeking another provider. We do not do this lightly, but frankly dealing with the office staff and location has become something we don't care to do anymore. The location is not in a great area; parking is in a somewhat isolated and small lot behind the store which we don't always feel particularly safe in, even during the day. The office, though large, is frequently packed and loud. Office staff are perhaps worn out with this and are not always too nice to deal with, especially on the phone. (Wish I knew the name of the person who taught the contact lens insertion-she was quite nice). Office hours are not convenient for working people-Saturday hours were cut back from every Saturday to every other Saturday to and quot;by appointment onlyand quot;. Office was supposed to move to another location but never did. In the midst of the waiting area chaos is the eyeglass area. It is chronically understaffed for the large population of people who seem to always be crowding the office and at times people waiting for appointments (or their family members) are sitting at the fitting stations so it's not the most fun place to shop for eyewear. Though crowded, the office does somehow (and I have no idea how) remain pretty punctual. Claims do seem to be processed in an efficient manner.
    Both doctors are, I believe, very skilled and Dr Haradon has been an absolute gem personally and professionally-but the operational issues with the office are getting harder and harder to tolerate so we will likely transition to another office in a better location with more focus on customer service.

    I love him and I have been seeing him for about 27 years. He is very thorough and takes his time. He always follows up. His staff is friendly, quick to respond and run thorough tests for the doctor. I would recommend them. I have not had any problems with them.
