I go like every two or three months for services. The oil change wasn't much, technically, but they do other jobs pretty well. Their pricing is a little towards the higher side. I bought a used car when I came in this country nearly twenty years ago. Sometimes what happens, like they say okay they don't have that part; they have to get it from someplace. And sometimes they say okay, we are not really trained to do this thing, so when that happened I got a little bit upset because although they were charging much less, I have to do many things in many places. So I have no idea who did what and I cannot keep track of everything all the time. That's why I have decided that this car thing - like I'm staying in this place for like seven years, in this area. So it's kind of a place I can tell what they did the last seven years for this car. They pick it up and then go through it, go over it, and figure out what is the condition or things to be done. And now after seven years, we have a good relationship. Such a relationship that they will even tell me okay, you have this problem that might cost you $250 but you know what, you can live with that for another one year. I know that both of my cars have like $300 or $400 things to be done, but I can do it in two more years. They also know that like I get it done from them only so they will give me a proper instrument, even the tires. Their responsiveness is very quick. Like I wake up this morning and tell them I need this thing to be done, so I drop my car at their place, they have someone bring me home, and I can use the other car. The thing is by 2:00 I can get it back and if they cannot give me a ride, I pick it up Monday morning. Most of the time it's pretty good. They're really good.

I give them an A across the board; they are very nice.  They're excellent.  You drop the car off in the morning and pick it up after work.  It's all itemized.  You sit down with them and they go over the whole thing.  The workers were excellent.

It is a Honda dealership. I remember it being expensive. They are pretty responsive; they are great. They are good when we take the cars in. They are pretty good overall. The only thing I guess they could work on is structuring their costs a little bit for affordability, but other than that they are pretty good.

    DISASTER.  I should
have known this was not going to end well when the oil change took 1 hour,  the manager told me he had to go out to a
parts store to get an oil filter.  After
spending $90 on oil I drove home.  4
hours later there were 6 QUARTS OF OIL ON MY GARAGE FLOOR.  After 2 visits from the manager it turned out
the drain plug was not installed correctly.
He left me with kitty litter on the floor and no apologies.  He couldn't even tell me why my oil level
indicator wasn't functioning. I have no idea if any damage occured to my engine
    while I was driving home.
That was bad enough but yesterday the oil pan dropped down
while I was driving on Rt 128. It was rattling and scraping,     I drove slowly to a shop where they used
zip ties to hold it back in place. They told me all of the screws holding the
pan were missing.  I phoned the Jiffy
Lube manager to tell him of the problem and he told me it was my fault that the
pan dropped down because I hadn't brought my car back to the shop for him to
    look at.
After the 2 major league screwups by this manager I told him
I wanted to speak to the owner.  he told
me that the OWNER DOESN'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS. He told me no matter what I would
end up talking to him and he refused to put me in touch with the owner.
I am clearly frustrated after 2 big time mistakes and a
manager who wants to blame me and an owner who doesn't talk to customers.

As it turns out I had a car that uses synthetic oil. The recommendation from the dealer said the oil should be changed every 10 miles. They did not check this. They wanted to change the oil much sooner. They actually should not have changed the oil in my car. They did not tell me or they did not know that the car did not need an oil change at that time so it was unnecessary service. They should know about the service requirements of the car given its make, model or year. They should have known better. The cleanliness of my car when they were done was just fine. I am sure they did a fine job of changing my oil, even though it wasn't needed.

Jim is a fantastic mechanic and just a really good person. He has always made an extra effort to help me and my husband with one of our cars. We have gone to Jim since he first opened over 10 years ago and other than a repair that would have to be taken care of at the dealer, we have no intention to use another mechanic.

My experience has gone very well. I have been using them for 4-5 years now. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to others.

It took several hands to remove the inside door covering and finish the installation.  His employers worked well with the owner and I was able to see some of it being done.  It was something I couldn't have attempted myself.  The part that he ordered was not from Toyota but looked identical and operates exactly like the original.  The truck was in the shop for about an hour.  His work is superior to the work done at the local Toyota dealer and obviously at a fraction of the cost.

I asked about retrieving the security code for my car's 11 year old stereo. You need this to reinstall the stereo once it's been removed for repair. Ira Audi quoted me $119 for this service, which involves removing the radio to find its serial number (this takes 30 seconds) and phoning the number to Audi USA.
Essentially I would be paying about $100 per minute for them to make one phone call. Evidently Ira Audi thinks I am both made of money and stupid. Needless to say I did not take them up on their offer.
At least this experience served as an indication that I would not want to have my car serviced by Ira Audi.

I called and made an appointment for service and was asked to drop my vehicle off. Once the repairs were made I received a phone call that I was able to pick it up. I've been doing business with Bob's Auto for 15 + Years. I've always been highly satisfied with their exceptional service.
