    Baystate Quabbin Pediatrics
I inquired about my two and three year old fighting during an update of their shots and was reported to DCF and had my children taken. They also scheduled only one son and left out my other son and when I asked about his shots was told he was UTD when I called to make my other son an apt they than tell me he's due.... Unacceptable unprofessional and do you really want to risk having your kids taken away over sibling rivalry? I do however recommend PAHC my older children went there there whole lives and there amazing. Honestly go anywhere but here for the health and safety of your family.

    Johanson, Dr. Diana
There have been many instances where our daughter has had issues related to sports and Dr. Johanson has listened carefully and several times has made referrals to appropriate specialists. I also have to made a comment about the practice, Northampton Area Pediatrics, which is wonderful. Whoever is on call responds very quickly - they are all knowledgeable and really nice. The receptonist area is cheerful and people seem glad to see patients. Because the practice has had electronic records for years, there are no miscommunications and mistakes with medecines, etc. I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Johanson and the entire practice.

    Redwood Pediatrics & ADO Medcn
Dr. Clark literally saved our infant's life by referring us for an uncommon precautionary test. Our baby boy was diagnosed with malrotation of the bowel, a potentially life threatening condition. The specialists and surgeons who treated our son were very impressed that our pediatrician referred us and indicated that not many doctors would have considered malrotation or made the necessary referral. In our more typical visits, Dr. Clark is thoughtful and straightforward - she has a fantastic way of dealing with my wife who can be a bit anxious (to say the least) about the kids' health. The office itself is fine - toys and books for the kids and plenty of information on display for parents. The front staff is inconsistent at best and not always very friendly. The nurse practioner is excellent and a wonderful resource in her own right. The other doctors at the practice have seemed competent enough in our limited exposure to them - but if your are going to go with Redwood, I can't recommend Dr. Clark enough.

Across 12 years/two boys we've brought just about everything to Dr. H., and he's been great in every case.

    Northampton Area Pediatrics
I have been going there for over 18 years. They are incredibly accommodating in terms of timing; they will see patients 7 days a week if need be. They are outstanding at taking the approach that the parent knows their kids and if the parent knows something is wrong then they really should check it out. The doctors and staff are not alarmists and have been great at schedule accommodation. I have triplets and it has been easier to take them all at the same time; they would treat them at the same time with 3 different nurses: that is something that not everybody does. I will use them again in the future.

We saw this doctor for years but then my daughters decided they wanted a female pediatrician so we moved to another doctor. My boys still see this doctor. He gets all A's from me and I will use him again in the future.

    Riverbend Medical Group
My only complaint is how far behind they can get. However, I know that this is sometimes due to how much time they spend with each patient. I like it when my Dr listens to me and checks me out completly before ending the appt rather than rushing me out the door. I like Riverbend very much and my whole family are patients there.

    Johanson, Dr. Diana E.
My daughter who is 20 years old now does not want to stop going to this practice because she feels so good about her experience there. (They have allowed her to keep going even though their practice is for children and adolescents.) We have been consistently happy with the care in both routine and serious critical problems that have arisen over the years. When my daughter had a seizure as an infant someone from their practice met us at the local hospital rather then just sending us to the emergency room on our own. It is difficult to determine price since most of the care is covered by insurance for me.

They are timely with their appointments, available to talk on the phone, and happy to answer questions. I would recommend them to a friend.
