They responded to a late night burst pipe around holiday time. Came within an hour, as I recall. Cut a hole in the ceiling and capped off or replaced the pipe. (Was actually Dec., 2006, so I no longer recall the specifics. I just remember they came on short notice and helped us out, and am grateful.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Sink faucets in two bathrooms were dripping excessively. All were fixed and working perfectly within 1 hour.
