APaul J Cazeault & Sons IncWe could not be happier and highly recommend Paul J Cazeault & Sons in Osterville. Seamus Cazeault did a quick turn time on the estimate, which was reasonably priced considering the extent of the work, including interior frame reinforcements, removing four layers of shingles, new sheathing, new plyboard, various repairs to fix the roof that had leaked for decades and repairs to the spire. We got regular updates on when the work would start. The two on-site roofers, Sean and Danny “the new guy” were artists as they cut trapezoids and triangular pieces to form a new dome over the rotted base, and then cut each strip of shingles to take the curves properly. They cared about doing a good job and were a joy to watch. They arrived early and cleaned up at the end of each day during the month-long project. This is a professional outfit.- Margaret M.

ABel Islands Roofing and SidingFantastic. A carpenter who is strong on doing things with a exceptional knowledge of his trade... ie....my deck was going to be 15.5 feet by 16. Instead he made it 16 by 16 as to not cut/waste the expensive composite decking by cutting it. When he made the deck, he ran a chalk line to "square" it with the house rather than just throwing a deck on a house. The old cement slab he built it on was broken and uneven. It was unlevel about 2 inches. rather than have that be in view, he put the unevenness tucked in the back corner, out of obvious sight. He put a fascia board around the outer deck as not to leave me with having to nail lattice to hide the underside/opening for animals to run under. I am not a carpenter but can "hammer nails" as the saying goes...THESE LITTLE ATTENTIONS TO DETAILS IS WHAT MAKES HIM above the others. I have already passed on his name to two other friends who saw my deck !- Mike G.

AWe had a leak in our roof and the communication from greater Boston roofing was excellent from the start. They arrived on time and evaluated the roof and promptly starting identifying the source of the leak and fixing it. Project manager bill clearly communicated with us what was being done and showed us pictures of each step of the problem identification and repair process. He also made recommendations for the future that were very helpful for planning purposes.

ASince 2017 I have employed Atlas Roofing on four separate occasions. The projects they completed on our Cape home included roof repair, roof replacement, cedar sidewall shingle replacement and Azek trim board installation. Owner Paul Case always responds quickly to my inquiries, bids competitively, and completes the job promptly. It is readily apparent that Paul takes great pride in his work. His craftsmanship, knowledge base and attention to detail are second to none! I live out–of-state and can’t always be on site. I implicitly trust Paul Case to do the job right and he never disappoints. If that isn’t high praise, I don’t know what is!

AMy second floor front porch roof was leaking and I was hesitant in getting it replaced as I had a bad experience with a different roofing company that replaced my whole house roof 8 years ago. Marcelo came out to give me a quote and assured me that he would be there on the day the work was done and that I would be very pleased with the work. The workers were professional and quick and the job was completed in a little over 1 day. I am very pleased and will hire Marcello Roofing if I ever need other roofing services.
