ASchmidt Paintingit went great, the team showed up as scheduled and were a very organized group. We did a walk around to go over the needed wood repairs. Ladders up and the team started working. Work done and a walk around found a few spots that were attended to immediately. Few days later some other spots noted and a worker came over to fix those. Just a week ago some friends commented on how bright and new our house looked. We were very pleased for the quick but high quality job provided. ALaurie was very friendly, competent and professional. She kept me informed at all steps in the coordinating of the project. She coordinated the custom making of the window trim with Shelley for the half moon window. She arrived for the estimate visit when she said and also for the actual trim repair. I am thoroughly pleased with her work and that of her associate, Charlie. When finished, they left the place so clean, you wouldn’t even know that they were working here. ADavid, the owner, it a great guy. His estimate was in the middle of the range, and I selected his company because of excellent reviews and the fact that he inspired confidence that the job would be done well and that he would be onsite painting each day. He doesn't subcontract any of his work. His estimate included top of the line paint products. His carpenter/assistant painter performed excellent work. I had him replace a door and a couple of windows while he was onsite with materials charged at cost plus labor. Being a 2 man crew, the time to complete the job was probably took longer than had I hired a larger outfit, but the end product turned out great and I'd hire them again.
