AA P FortesA. P. Fortes Plumbing and Heating is a five star company. On a Monday, I walked into my utility room to find a puddle under the hot water heater. Cups and buckets were helping the situation but it was clearly a losing battle. Calling Alan’s office, they recognized the urgency of the situation and soon sent Derrick over to examine the problem. The leak was getting worse and Derrick shut down the water heater and took the pressure off it. The following day Eli showed up with a new water heater, removed the old one and installed the new one, and by late afternoon he and Alan had the new one working perfectly. Amazing response from start to finish! Alan and his company are extremely accommodating and congenial. I highly recommend A. P. Fortes for all your plumbing needs.- Gordon P.

DThey was suppose to give an estimate, instead they fixed everything and called me and said it was $697 not expecting that a week before Christmas, but I paid it. The next day the pipe was still leaking through the main floor ceiling, I called they came right out, they fixed the leak and found another issue and instead of charging for just the part they charged me the min time plus parts another $156. Never again. The last time I used Angie’s list for electrician and they were great.

DThey responded fairly quickly and said theywould look at the job. I did not want them to make a special trip and sent them the info on water heater a said it needed a flexible rod as there were only 24" at the top of tank. They never responded. I( do notif the replys on Angies List get back to the contractors. The same situation with Winslow. He wanted to know the make and model number of water heater.I replied to his email with the info. When I did not here back I went on his website and re emailed the info. There has been no response. I never heard from Rusty's
