FWe had a potential break in at our home. I called Canal locksmith and they returned my call within a reasonable amount of time the same day. After explaining my situation, they were going to squeeze me in the following morning. I was so very grateful. I gave them my address and they said I should get a call before they arrived and that it would be before noon the following day. At 10am that morning, I received a call and they said that the area that I lived in was very confusing and that they weren't able to find my address. I offered to give them directions and I was told that they usually don't service in my area (why they didn't tell me this the previous day I don't understand), and that I'd be better using someone else. They recommended another locksmith who I immediately called and they weren't able to help me until the middle of the following week. I am very, very disappointed as all the reviews up till this point have been so positive!! The woman who returned my call and was very kind and understanding. Now it is Friday, I have no one booked to change the locks and will probably have to go through the weekend with the uneasiness of not feeling safe!!
