AASC Construction LLCAsc construction and there guys did not even show up on time they were early most days and stayed late. That maintand a clean job sight and were very professional and polite. The job was completed when they said it was going to be completely the yard (job sight) was cleaner than when the came. ACape Home Remodel - Basement ConceptsJeff listened to our wants and needs, offered suggestions and helped us to make decisions, and coordinated all aspects of the project. He continued to offer ideas along the way, and he was open to making changes from the original plan. Although it was slow getting started (pesky permit process!) and took longer than estimated, the work was so well done and Jeff was so good about communicating what was happening that it didn't matter. ACan't say enough good things about iKitchens - they were fantastic!! We already had an IKEA kitchen design, but they reviewed the design and made some very helpful suggestions. They were great at explaining the process and what to expect. Once the work started, every single workman was very professional and did very high quality work. Everything was on time or ahead of the schedule. They were happy to answer questions and very willing to make a few minor adjustments along the way. The end result is better than we ever dreamed!! AMatt responded promptly and showed up on time to provide me with a possible roof replacement estimate. He was courteous, honest and professional and indicated that my roof was not as old as we thought and that I would not need a new roof at present. Our town records showed a old permit for a roof replacement, however it was obvious to him that a replacement was done more recently. I was prepared to replace the roof as part of a real estate sale. I really appreciated that he came out and provided an honest evaluation! While I did not use Matt's company's services, I would consider them for future work for roofing and/remodeling! I don't often right reviews, but I appreciate good honest service, so I felt I had to share the info.

Finally I was so disgusted with the peeling and seam separating that I gave up and called somebody else-- not an easy task, a there aren't a lot of folks doing wallpaper anymore. I think they must be out of business and just didn't turn off the voicemail.

AI dreaded the mess and disruption all that sanding would cause, but Alex and his crew were wonderful, making the whole process as painless as possible. Because we have different species of pine from different eras, he applied a light stain to help them blend better, then the 3 coats of poly for a beautiful finish.
