    The Narrow Lane Landscape Company
We started using these guys over the summer. Their work is professional, thorough and always on time. The owner is very personable and seems committed to keeping his customers happy. Best landscape experience I've had in the Boston area to date.

    Salvucci Landscape Co
Our 2-unit condo association in Watertown chose Salvucci Landscaping to take care of our ~10,000 sq foot lot for lawn care. Paul and his team were very quick to provide us with an estimate and easy to work with. Paul and his team provided bi-weekly mowing and hedge-trimming.
We also had Paul and his team take care of our spring and fall clean-up as well (fall clean-up ran about $300). Paul and his team were ALWAYS punctual, and did a fantastic job cleaning up the property. Whenever something came up (down tree branches due to Hurricaine Sandy), Paul was but a phone-call away and more than willing to help out.
We recently chose to use Salvucci for snow-removal services, however, admittedly I waited until the last minute to ask Paul for services. Paul and his team were there early the next morning and our driveway and walkways were clear before we woke up.
I highly recommend Paul as he takes pride in his work, is courteous and easy to work with, is price-competitive and provides a high quality of service.

    A. Bonadio & Sons, Inc.
We live in a townhouse with a small privately deeded backyard in Watertown, MA - the backyard was on a natural slope and after 5 years of living here (and having a hot-tub installed on the faux brick patio), the hill started eroding and slanting our hot-tub. Also, the general set-up of the back yard did not leave a lot of usable play space for our 2 young children, so after a year of talking about it, I finally told my husband that we were re-constructing the entire backyard and I would do whatever I needed to to get it done. Now I have to preface this story with the fact that I have had consistently bad experiences with general landscapers in the area. So I knew I needed to find a company that was an established high quality contractor and that it may cost me a little more to do so (I am a big believer in getting what you pay for). So I started researching companies and for our job, I needed a company that was into the landscaping construction side of things, not just traditional landscaping, as we were going to need a full leveling of the back, along with retainer walls, a concrete slab to move our hot-tub to and then general landscaping to top it off. I knew I wanted a quality contractor who has been around and has worked in the more uppity areas of Wellesly, Weston, Wayland, Belmont, etc. I stumbled upon A. Bondio & Sons through a  high-end landscape design website and really liked their work. I sent an email for a quote request and withion 48 hours I actually got a call back! Now for those of you that have worked with other contractors, you know such a quick call-back is not the norm. So this was positive check #1 for the company. As I moved through the quoting process with a gentleman by the name of Patrick (he acts as the customer service/contact person on the company) I was extremely impressed by how accessible they were (you cpould reach Patrick by email, phone or txt any time of day, I would even get replies sometimes on the weekend) AND with how reliable they were with showing up when they said they would and also how professional they are (Exceptionally clean trucks, clean cut staff with company shirts, excellent promotional material, etc.). Additionally, the owner of the company (Mike came out himself to survey the job and speak with me - he was so amazing!!I was afraid that they may not want to work with me since I most likley would be a smaller job compared to others they do, but they were so supportive and engaged through the entire process! I told them what my max limit was with my budget and they were so flexible with alternative suggestions so we could stay in budget, presenting architectural depictions of how the final product would look (which made my husband so much more comfortable because he is NOT a future vision person), and in general, keeping a positive and professional attitide with the negotiations. The only downfall of the entire process was the delayed scheduling of the beginning of work - but that was not necessarily their fault; I didn't push very hard for a specific start date and also, the fall weather was not cooperating so that they could finish thei rother jobs. But once the work actually began - WOW - professional and fast. What I really liked was that the owner Mike was onsite for the majority of the work - he takes real pride in getting a job done right and maintaining their impeccable reputation for quality work. Any questions or concerns(including some minor follow-up work) was promptly and respectfully addressed. The final product is INCREDIBLE - my husband was so happy with the final product (and he is tough to please lol) as was I and now we are fully enjoying our backyard as it was meant to be enjoyed. I cannot praise this company enough - they gave me my faith back in contractors!I have had additional work done from them since the major reno as well - we have had seasonal cleanups and a packed gravel bed set for a shed we put in. I recommend these guys to everyone I know and while they may seem to be on the pricey side - you definitly get what you for, and in this instance, you are paying for high quality service backed by years of pride, reputation and experience.

    John's Landscape Services Inc
The cleanup looked very nice and professional. Some of our flowers (bulbs) got damaged, but that was primarily due to the time of the year (hard to clean leaves). My wife particularly liked the clean driveway. The only complaint was that we weren't notified what day they were coming, so we weren't fully prepared. We have signed up for regular lawn mowing.
