    Very well. The owner, Jose, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, explains what's what, and is good to work with. First time there because the old shop I went to closed suddenly, so I am still in the "building trust" phase of the relationship, but my first experience was very positive.

    The work went very well, Betty gave me a quote and explain in very detail. Melissa followed up to gave the driver name and contact information, and her coworker gave me the head up on delivery information, so that I got everything done before driver pick up my car. driver, David truck. Driver came close where I live, loaded my car and inform me the delivery date and asked me to call him when I get to San Francisco. As soon as I got out the airport, David call me, I went over to pick up my CR-V and I paid him in cash.The overall communication was great, Exacutive auto team has very good team work, they followed the incoming Email,text or phone and get back to you very soon.

    The left fender of our car had been scraped and dented in a parking accident. I stopped by Penta (also known as Perfection) on a Monday and got a very reasonable estimate from Dan Bourgeois. He told me that if I brought the car back on Wednesday, he could get the job done by the end of the week. I agreed, but was surprised that Dan did not take my name or give me a written estimate (thus my "B" rating for professionalism). However, when I returned Wednesday, Dan immediately remembered the job, honored the price he'd quoted me, and got one of his workers to give me a lift back to my home. By Friday, as promised, the work was finished, and the car looked as good as new. Perfection had even vacuumed the interior, so it was cleaner than when I brought it in! The shop provided excellent workmanship, a terrific price, and speedy service. Would highly recommend to others.

    I have been going to Beacon Street Service Center for automobile service for about 13 years now. They always do a fantastic job! They're convenient, extremely affordable and creative when it comes to problem solving. They work on pretty much any type of car and are very knowledgeable about vehicles. I go here regularly for tune ups, oil changes, and repairs. They always seem to get me in quickly and I never feel taken advantage of. In fact, I always feel like I am part of any decisions and because it is a family owned and operated company, the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Definitely plan on continuing to have them work on any and all of my vehicles!

    Pleasant Car Care
    This review is long overdue. I have been going to Pleasant Car Care for a couple years. Unfortunately, I don't have time right now to write the review they deserve, but Charlie, Matt and others are nothing short of awesome. They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. They have squeezed me in when I showed up with an urgent, unexpected problem. Charlie always shows me everything they've done, parts they've replaced, explains why and what, goes out of his way to find inexpensive parts. I don't think I've ever had a mechanic I trusted to do the right thing like I do with Pleasant Car Care. Charlie has discouraged me from doing expensive work I didn't absolutely need to do - when has that ever happened? They know what they're doing - and you don't have to ask them to explain the reason for the costs - they do it without being asked. I almost hate to say how good they are because I don't want them to get too busy - but they deserve all the business they can handle. As icing on the cake, you can look up your service records online, you can text them (imagine that), they send reminders for routine service. I can't think of a single negative thing to say.

    I could not be more pleased. Manager Charlie and his team were extremely helpful and obviously expert. I called on Wednesday afternoon and was given an appointment for Friday morning. They listened to all my concerns, and drove me home after I dropped off the car. I got a call a couple hours later, and they explained all that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Charlie suggested, and I happily agreed to, him taking the car to be inspected while he was doing the test drive after completing the service. Charlie called when the car was done, picked me up, and all was done as promised. The price came out slightly less than the estimate. I will be getting all my car service from this company.

    The transmission was $100. The service was fine. What stood out was the customer service they provided, they were pleasant to deal with. They didn't try to charge me extra or upsell or anything like that.

    What I like there is that it's the closest one to me for Honda and you don't have to make an appointment. The bad thing is that they are extremely careless occasionally. Once in the past they forgot to put the screws in my wheel so I almost got killed, literally taking it out of service. After that I complained.  I kind of like, I'm very concerned to get my car there, but  unfortunately I recognize that it is pretty far away from me for Honda to get an authorized dealer and service. This time I took it out of service and I asked for a follow up check up and actually my battery ran out, like, a week after the service so they did not inform me that the battery was old. They are expensive.

    I love this garage!  We have used it many times and never been disappointed.
    We were told by Direct Tire that we needed the above work done and the cost would be approximately $950.00.  We were quoted a price of approximately $650 by Advance Auto Center for the same work, but that they would check first to make sure all the work was necessary (which  it was).
    The work was done perfectly and we saved $300.
    The shop is friendly, organized, and responsive.
    Going forward, we plan to use Advanced Auto Center for all of our car repair needs.
