It's the only place i can find the Lemon Zellow. The prices are much better. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have an initiative of helping you if you are looking for something. I will definitely use Walmart again.

Excellent customer service. I drove from Brighton to Lexington to pick up my medication, and I'm so happy I did. I grew up in a small town, and Theatre Pharmacy reminded me of that in a lot of ways. I spoke with the pharmacist (who was filling my medication) directly. As it turned out, I could not fill my medication until 3 days later (per my insurance), and when I showed up again, the pharmacist looked up, and said "Hi [my name]!" It was just such a different experience than the chain pharmacies. I have actually gone to Theatre Pharmacy a few times since then, simply because of the great service - despite the half hour drive! Overall, great experience.

Expertise is readily available and they are more than willing to discuss the effects and side effects of various medications and explaining drug interaction possibilities. They are marvelous adjunct to our good medical care especially to our family s health and well being. Their personal attention and the fact that the same people are always available to us is also very comforting, excellent records and able to utilize any programs we have to cover drug expenses. Complete line of health aides, from cane to specially equipped chair. They are a full service pharmacy and medical supply store. They have more than one location, but we most enjoy dealing with the owners themselves at the Whitman location. Personal attention and continuity of concerned professional family members are a comfort and something that you don t find with big chain. They recognize as an individual and your business is always appreciated.

I remain at Pierce because: very personalized, all the pharmacists will discuss your prescription with you - well informed pharmacy assistants. Never could say the same of the big chains. Online refill, and they mail the prescription. Still an independent pharmacy, one of the few rare remaining.

The pharmacy staff is outstanding. They offer automatic re-filling, however they are also very good about letting me know if they are out of a certain prescription. My mother has a prescription that she absolutely needs and when they were out of it they were willing to call around to every nearby pharmacy to find the prescription for me. I was impressed, because they were able to find the prescription at a pharmacy that was about ten minutes away and I did not even know it existed. They are always fairly accurate with their timing estimates.

I started using the pharmacy services at this CVS when I moved to the South End last year. I have purchase my prescriptions through several other CVS stores in other cities in the past, but this CVS is definitely the best for customer service. This place automatically refills my monthly prescriptions and then calls me to let me know when they're ready. They also wrote "Welcome to the neighborhood!" on the bag containing my prescription the first time I filled my prescription there. It was a nice gesture that actually did make the neighborhood feel a little smaller and more intimate when I was first settling in. So yeah, I will continue to fill my prescriptions there. The little things go a long way I guess.

I used to do business with CVS but moved to Target because of the $4.00 generic list they had. They make sure that I am knowledgeable in the prescriptions that I am taking. They called my doctor to make sure I did not run out of medicine because I was out of refills.

They are very personal and it's more like going to a family doctor. They contact anyone they need to for you. It is a small pharmacy and they always know you when you walk in.

They are not a big chain, and the people behind the counter know who I am. They are incredibly responsive. If I need a refill, they will call the doctor. They are a small town pharmacy, which really sort of pays attention to the customers. If I want advice on over the counter medications, they will give that to me. If I need something to be ordered specially, they will order it specially. I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
