    Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal LLC
Over the past two years, I have had "workout" injuries from doing what I was always able to do in the past! I tried several different approaches to heal the injuries and then prevent future recurrences. I went the traditional and non-traditional route to find answers. Nothing helped. Then I found Joel. He's not your typical spa massage therapist. He's a Master Myoskeletal Massage therapist, a highly skilled problem solver and communicator. I was stunned that he requested any X-rays, and other reports on my current issues. He then read them, analyzed them, interviewed me, did his own assessment of my and figured out what was causing my pain. He not only worked on the problem areas, he told me exactly what he was doing and why. He also told me what I could do to help myself. Bottom line: My pain has significantly reduced from feeling pain many times per day to going days (and with some things weeks) without feeling any pain. I'm an older woman so my issues are mostly age related. Yet, I'm able to continue my activity level, workout, travel, etc. without pain. I highly recommend Joel.

    Marino Center for Integrative Health
Sone years ago, I left a slightly qualified review, having found my PCP a bit abrupt. That has changed completely. I now find Dr. Munson very satisfactory. I have also used several of their specialists and have been satisfied with all of them.

    Blomerth Chiropractic
Blomerth was so helpful for my initial injury that I now go to them regularly for other issues that I have encountered such as TMJ pain that was only fixed by them or numbness and tingling in my little fingers ( turns out it is a pinched ulnar nerve) all of which was quickly and easily resolved by Dr. Ellen. It is no wonder there is a plaque on her wall stating " Massachusetts Chiropractor of the Year" she knows her stuff.

    Core Correctives
Raisha took the time to understand my body and my goals. She addressed the underlying issues that were preventing me from exercising effectively and affecting my posture and overall health. She increased my exercise level appropriately with efficient, effective exercises that helped me meet my goals.

    Core Correctives
Core Correctives provides the best personal training in the Boston area. Raisha is meticulous and comprehensive in her approach and it shows in the results. She takes a holistic view of health and fitness which includes elements of nutrition, flexibility, strength and cardio. The way these elements are balanced out in sessions will depend on your personal goals. I have been working on strength training and my fiancée has focused primarily on weight loss. We are both extremely pleased with our results so far. Raisha started us with individual fitness assessments then drew up unique, practical nutritional plans for each of us in a nutritional session. She provided us with home programs to work on outside of her sessions and these are adjusted as necessary depending on where the current focus is. She spent most of our earlier fitness sessions focusing on muscle release and flexibility to prepare our bodies for exercise. She also pays attention early on to small muscles that are underused in a modern lifestyle and therefore strain easily during exercise. She builds up slowly and safely from there and the results over time are genuinely impressive. Raisha does a lot of work on trigger points and deep tissue massage, especially early on. This type of work can be quite painful, particularly with muscles have atrophied or seized up over years of sitting at a desk or slouching on the sofa. Do not let that put you off! It's absolutely worth working through this part of the program because it's critical for avoiding injury and for general muscle health.  I suffered from pain and nerve problems in my back, chest and arms for many years and I was seeing little to no improvement while working with neurologists, drugs, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists. After a few months of working with Raisha these problems are almost all gone. My fiancée has struggled to lose weight on her own before. She has been successfully and progressively shedding the pounds since she started the program. She's feeling healthier and better overall now than she has in years.   Core correctives are on the expensive side but I believe that their program is great value when you take into account the preparation, the detailed approach and the results. We are both absolutely delighted about the work that Core Correctives has done with us. Neither of us would have any hesitation in recommending their service.

    Back On Track Physical Therapy
Saw the PT for many visits.  She was very good -no problems.  Not always easy to get appts - had to schedule several weeks in advance.  Wish the facility was cleaner, and more sterile.  Confusing to receive additional bill in mail as well as being auto-charged to credit card.

    Arnold Pain Management Center
Dr. Christine Peeters Asdourian is a Pain Management Doctor. She tries to only use narcotics as a last resort vs. other doctors who may automatically prescribe narcotics asap. My husband has been seeing her since September. No one knew what to do with him because he couldn't even take Tylenol without violently throwing up. He was inpatient at Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston and another doctor put in a consultation request for her to treat my husband's pain. She was able to find medicine that worked for my husband. She is extremely caring and very easy to talk to and explain things to patient and family. He has had a few follow up appointments with her on an out-patient basis. He feels very lucky to have her on his team of doctors at Beth Israel Medical Center. She is very easy to talk to and explains things very easily to patient and family.
