    Bayles Removal Unlimited
Purchased angies list coupon. Bayles came and removed old wood and debris from demolition of my old deck quickly and cleaned up the area well. The price was lower than one of those self service haul away bags at a cheaper price.

Matthew replied to me within an hour, and had the junk removed from our yard within 24 hours. He is super responsive and super professional. I sent him pictures, he came by the property the following morning, game me a price, we agreed over the phone. I paid via PayPal at his website. This was by far the easiest work we've ever had done.

    Baby Boomer Movers
They did a great job. Promptly showed up, helped pack absolutely everything in our house. Could not have gone smoother. They moved everything in my 1,200 sq ft apt into my new condo (about 3 miles away) in under 4 hours. They even threw in a bit of comedy. I would use again and totally recommend.

The service went very well. Mathew was busy so he fit me in with his father's company. The guys were very nice, very fast and swept the attic floor when they left - I was totally amazed to see my attic empty. This is so worth the price. I then had them come back and clear out an old tread mill and air-conditions and other things to make my basement neater. Same thing everything was great and I would hire them again. I am very happy!

    A&T Contractors
Could not have been simpler. I bought a deal on Angieslist, and they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule the pick up. They arrived on the day they said, and were actually at my house a few minutes early! That never happens. They took everything we have been wanting to get hauled away (some construction materials, a bed, etc.). They were fast and efficient. So easy and so professional. I would definitely call them again for a bigger job in the future.

    AAA Junk Removal
I've hired AAA several times and they're the best. They have taken several loads of trash from my basement including trash, stone and even a old treadmill. They seem to be able to move anything and handle any trash or junk removal job at fair prices. Unlike some of the other firms, they also make an effort to avoid making a mess by handling trash with care and double-bagging where necessary.

    ANYTHING GOES REMOVAL SERVICES
The first job went ok for the most part. When I booked another job things went south. I communicated with the provider several times to confirm and reconfirm, because of my tight schedule, availability to do a follow up job on the weekend of December 26-27. The provider lists weekend hours and replied to me confirming availability.

I then made complex, interdependent and tightly coupled long weekend plans based on the premise that this provider would show up as promised to remove my trash as discussed. On Saturday I contacted the provider again to arrange a time in order to be ready in advance. I had a rambling conversation without obtaining a yes / no answer to the question of whether the provider would be coming that weekend as discussed. He stopped responding after a few messages and I assumed that meant he was not coming so I gave up. This blew my entire weekend plan as the trash removal was a dependency for several other taksks.

Many hours later that Saturday night he abruptly messaged me to ask "what time I would be ready tomorrow because his guy only had one hour." I'll admit I was angry at the poor communication, combined with the no-show, and I cursed. I had not prepared my trash, and had changed plans to other tasks, after he had stopped responding, so I was completely unprepared for the no-show to become a show.

I desperately tried to communicate with the provider to determine if he actually was coming Sunday and if so, when, as I would have to rush home and work into the night to get ready. I sent several messages and left a voicemail asking if there was any chance we could discuss what would or would not be happening. There was no reply at all. This was one of the most intensely frustrating experiences I've had trying to work with someone.

The next morning around 11 AM he sent me a message stating he did not receive my messages Saturday night because he "turned off his phone when I became upset." I'll freely admit I cursed twice during the Saturday conversation but I quickly recovered my composure and was professional in my requests for communication. I was frustrated, and a little desperate to communicate, but I was not "upset." If the provider no longer wished to work with me, for whatever reason, he could have said so and I could have moved on; I found another provider the following week. Switching off the phone seems like a somewhat bizarre thing for a business person to do.

We had a bit more conversation Sunday and I tried to elicit some empathy for the plight of the weekend warrior homeowner trying to get things done with very limited amounts of time. I've no idea if I was successful. I tried to point out the fact that if he had simply communicated he was not interested in my job, or wanted the weekend after Christmas off, I could have made other plans. The combination of a no-show, combined with incredibly poor communication, is not fair to the working homeowner. It is horribly inconsiderate and unprofessional for a provider or business to operate like this. I feel like it is important to call out providers who display this kind of unprofessional conduct as there needs to be some sort of consequence.

He remarked that he "owed me one" and asked me to call him another time. I told him I will not hire him again because I am unwilling to risk blowing another weekend schedule due to a no-show. I'm also unwilling to work with any business who shuts off their phone when there are problems to discuss.

    AAA Junk Removal
The crew was very responsible and professional.  Dan was in charge and I was very pleased with his attentive service. The price was fair, and they responded when requested.   I would use again, and recommend to anyone in need of disposal and clean out work.

    Bayles Removal Unlimited
We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to cart away junk from a basement cleanout that we had accumulated in our back yard. The scheduling tool provided by Angie's list didn't work out, and so we had a little back and forth on the scheduling via email. I thought we had agreed upon the date, but the provided had mis-recorded it on their end, so they didn't show up (not a huge deal, given that we didn't need to be home for the pickup); this was quickly rectified and they came out on the rescheduled date. The stuff is gone, though they didn't sweep up very well. Overall, though, a good value.

    Rent This Dumpster
    1. It went fantastic.  In two hours they did what I been agonizing about for 3 years.  They were professional, friendly, determined to get the job done no matter what got in there way.   The amount of junk they pulled out of the cellar surprised even me.  I may actually be able to find my tools!  I would have this crew back in a minute if i had work that fit their job.   Great people.
