    We will absolutely use them again. I have recommended them to other people. Their pricing is really, really competitive compared to some other dealers in the area and the process was just really simple. They took care of everything for us. They did all of the paperwork, getting the license plate, all of that stuff. All we had to do was just go pick up the keys. It was like 3 minutes to go back and get the car.

    The damage was small enough that most people would not even notice; but I like the car and plan to keep it for many years. It was covered by insurance so I elected to have it made nice.
    A small indent in the rear bumper and a bent plastic strip, Estimated at 2 days and $450 turned into Bonnell impounding my car for two weeks and charging insurance almost 1,600.00.
    Each day I called expecting to pick my car up, it was 'oh another day"; "Oh I didn't get your voice mail" "we're really busy".
    But the worst was the repainting because they couldn't match the paint color  (ford car, ford shop; don't they have specs?)
    In the end, the paint color still does not match

    We went to several different places to find the vehicle that we like at the price that we wanted, and Boch had what we we're looking for. I find buying a vehicle a not so pleasant experience, the whole process of buying have some kind of a pressure and it doesn't feel comfortable to me.

    Buying a new car is a very distasteful experience for me, so I guess it went as well as can be expected. I had a wonderful salesman, Sean, who was excellent. There was a little bit of a bait and switch going on, where I went for a special deal going on one thing, and I ended up going home with something else. I've had to go back because it is a brand new car, and the paint is chipping off in little peices here and there. The service department was terrible. They were rude, and told me it was my fault that the paint was chipping.

    I went in for a test drive and came home in a few short hours with a new car. Their customer service is great. They take the time to find the car you are looking for. They are helpful and very informative. They give you several follow up calls from different departments to make sure you had a nice experience with them.

    I made an appointment with them through the internet. When I went in, they weren't ready for me and didn't know who I was. They transferred me to a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. I was actually able to negotiate with him a little, which was odd. Since I didn't shop around, I know I didn't get the best price.

    I take it 40 miles away to Danvers because that s where I bought the car. I ve taken my car there for a long time. They have always been punctual and easy to work with, and I would recommend them. It s worth the drive and the money.

    We received a flyer in the mail from Village Honda offering, if the buyer paid MSRP, $3,000 cash back, 0.9% financing, and 120% of the Kelly Blue Book value of a trade. Thinking it was too good to be true, I called and spoke to Luke, who confirmed my understanding. I arrived the next day and decided to purchase. That's when I was told that it was cash back, OR low financing, OR 120% of KB on my trade, which was the OPPOSITE of what I was told over the phone (they took the ad "for their files"). I was also told by Luke that there were ''plenty'' of the model I wanted in stock, but, amazingly, when I arrived 12 hours later, there weren't any. After threatening to cancel the deal, I got the financing and cash back I wanted, but about $1500 less on my trade than expected. I was baited-and-switched. The car wasn't ready when promised, and then they made a mistake on my registration, so I had to make multiple trips back. Although I got a reasonable deal, it was not a good experience.
