    Scott was great to work with! He made the car buying process easy. He found exactly the car we were looking for (including color, options, etc.) at a great price. He was especially helpful when we were at the dealership arranging the purchase of the new car: he helped us navigate the many warranty choices and he identified an option which made sense for us that wasn't even presented by the dealership initially. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car.

    I could not be happier with the service I received at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. Spiros and Oren were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and received exactly what we needed in a timely fashion. In an area where one can come across pushy people and a lack of transparency and integrity, this was a really great experience.

    Easily the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any business, let alone a car dealership. The lease buyout was a nightmare due to lack of communication among staff departments regarding the status of my car. The car key was lost yet an employee still told me to pick the car up. An extra $2000 worth of repairs were attempted to be added to my loan due to lack of communication. Every time I interacted with a sales rep when emphasizing that I was on a budget, they would try to up-sell me at every opportunity. Honestly, part of the reason I bought out my lease was to avoid dealing with anyone from this dealership. Also - no one wears a mask during covid times in case anyone was interested.

    I made an appointment to test drive a car. Half an hour before I was leaving, someone called to say that the car had been taken to the autobody shop, but there was another of the same model I could drive. I went there only to find that the other car was up on the lift with its wheels off. So I drove all the way there and put myself at risk for nothing. Also, the sales people were wearing their masks down around their chins or off their noses, so the safety factor was very low. Don't go there.

    Went in for an inspection sticker. The owner asks for my registration and I tell him I don’t have a paper copy due to recent purchase and covid situation but have an email confirmation of registration. He asks in frustration again and I repeat, he starts yelling l, I tell him that there is no need to get frustrated and yell and I repeat that all I have is an email confirmation of registration. He starts swearing at me and tells me to remove my mask and speak English, maybe because I am not white and he assumed I was an immigrant. I tell him, I from the US and that English is my first language and he tells me to get the F..... out my store. Learn some professionalism Jack Kinsman. We expect more especially from the owner of the store. Racism and unprofessionalism is not good for business

    Roy is a real gentleman. Based on a listing on Craig's List I contacted Roy regarding a 2008 Subaru Outback. He was a great communicator, by email, phone, and text. He was available after work hours to meet me and test drive the car.  There were a few minor items that needed attention, and Roy took care of every detail, without any hesitation. The car was brought completely up to my satisfaction, he continued to be very easy to work with, right up through the sale.  It's been a great car, at a fair price  Roy is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him and Nick's Parkway Auto.

    Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon
    I really enjoyed my car-buying experience for a brand new car at Herb Chambers Sharon! My salesman (Mr. Truong) was fantastic, and the sales manager (the person you negotiate the price with), Mr. Kotsiopoulos was great. I shopped around at seven dealers (four for Lexus and three for BMW), and Chambers offered me the most for my trade-in. Since the model I wanted to purchase only two months earlier started arriving in showrooms, the three other Lexus dealers said that the car would sell at MSRP. Chambers offered an acceptable discount. The business office (where you make your payment and are offered additional services) seemed a little bit pushy but not uncomfortably so and they were polite, professional and personable. I purchased tire/rim insurance and just as I was about to leave the showroom the representative caught up with me to say that because my wheels had shiny chrome the insurance didn’t cover any damage to the chrome. I said in that case I wanted to cancel the policy, and he said it wouldn’t be a problem. The tech department (who tutors you on all the technology aspects of the car) was good. I scheduled for the tech person to come to my house because with my previous car I had problems pairing up the garage-door transmitter to the car, and the tech had it up and running in less than six seconds. He forgot to show up for the scheduled appointment but he came the next day at my convenience. I haven’t needed any service but seven days after I received the car I was told to show up at service to get my registration and inspection. It was a rainy Friday at 2pm and there weren’t many cars in the service area and there was only one valet who was busily involved with another car. I just sat in my car for about five minutes, feeling ignored and not knowing what to do/where to go(it would have been nice if he could have at least waved or said “someone’ll be with you shortly”). Then someone came up and greeted me, asked if I were there for service, and I said “not really” - just to pick up my registration and get an inspection. I did mention, though, that I had two technology issues, While he spoke fluent English it was difficult to understand his accent. After a bit, a service manager came over and expeditiously and competently took care of everything. Would I shop Chambers Sharon again and recommend that others do so? Absolutely yes! It's a wonderful dealership(I've been to the service department for a regular maintenance and a recall and the service operation is stellar.) Would I purchase the model I did (LS500) or recommend it to others? Absolutely not.

    We were Volvo owners before we bought a 2013 Impreza and just bought a 2018 Crosstrek. Junior is a great salesperson. (Know your numbers before negotiating) service is very responsive and quick. I have have only had to do oil changes and scheduled maintenance. They wash your car also during a service call. Although we have had 3 bulbs blow in 4 years on the Impreza. Subaru needs to improve their bulbs. We also appreciate Subaru’s emphasis and reviews on safety. We have had the new eyesight safety system for 2 months and love the camera and lane and passing warnings. Check out the dealership and service

    Not sure what I can say except that was the smoothest purchase of a car I ever did. We went to the dealership Friday, Sat and Sunday was bad weather so we couldn't go back. Signed paperwork on Monday and they are delivering the car tomorrow. Tom and Ron were GREAT and also told us how GREAT the owner of the company are to them so it just trickles down to the buyer.
