    EUROPEAN AUTO SOLUTIONS
After inspection of the old spark plugs I had just replaced, it was determined that the oil was seeping out of the oil filler cap, so it was replaced with a new cap. Also, the plugs that I had replaced the old ones with, were of the wrong type, they replaced those with the OEM plugs. They checked the O2 sensor, as well. Ive been taking my 1987 560SL to European Auto Solutions for the past three years or so, and they have been so thorough and knowledgeable about my car. Theyve replaced my convertible top which was vandalized. I had the undercarriage bushings replaced, as well. Highly recommend!

    EUROPEAN AUTO SOLUTIONS
They are not cheap, but they do very good work. If it’s not an emergency, usually it takes a couple days to get in. I have had an emergency in the past, and they were quite sympathetic and took care of me. When they promise to do something, they do it. I will use them again depending on what kind of car I buy next.

    LITTLE FOREIGN CAR GARAGE INC

The Team at Little Foreign Car Garage is top notch--technically competent with Audi service.  They perform their 21 point checkup each time you bring the vehicle for any service, and can diagnose any issues.  They are great a "family oriented" business that puts the customer first, and provides a level of confidence after you leave their shop.

Their rates are much more competitive than the Audi Dealers AND they ONLY perform the services needed.  Example-I thought I needed brakes, and was told by Skip Hull, the owner--Why do that work? -you have 4000-5000 miles left on the brakes.

    Paul's Auto Service
Paul, the owner, looked over the car, then called us and told us that the brakes were somewhat worn, but did not need to be replaced yet.  He changed the oil and topped off the fluids as requested.  We have been looking for a mechanic we could trust with our cars since moving back to the area.  We will definitely be a return customer.

    Long Life Auto Repair
Oil change, replaced broken sway bar.
I asked to inspect spark plugs and they checked them but said that they are ok and don't need replacement.
I feel that I can trust the business, because it is a 13 year old car and there are plenty of things that could be fixed and replaced if a shop wanted to make money of it.
Excellent with scheduling and getting back to me per phone to keep me informed about cost and the progress and when I can pick up the car.
So I would definitely use them again.

    Woodside's Service Center
These guys are great. Relaxed but professional, they did everything required by my state inspection, and for half what the dealer quoted. When asked which tires they'd recommend, they didn't just mindlessly push the most expensive option either. Cheerfully took my other car to them for scheduled maintenance, had another smooth experience.

    American Brake & Auto Service
I brought my jeep to Tony after I bought it used. I didn't know much of the vehicles maintenance history. I had the brakes replaced all around, and Tony's prices were fair. He did an inspection and said that I should think about getting some other work done but I had some time. I brought it back when I could and he replaced the gear box and then the transmission. Thanks to Tony for being able to take my vehicle quickly and fixing the issues as fast as possible. When my transmission went, the tow truck driver from (in Boston mind you) said "oh its going to american brake in Canton. I love those guys, they are the fairest price around". My jeep will only be going to see Tony!

    GREG'S REPAIR SERVICE
Greg is extremely knowledgeable about all things VW.  The repairs and maintenance work was timely.  He is out of the way in Natick, but let me schedule my car for a specific time so I could wait for it.

    Bonnell Ford
The damage was small enough that most people would not even notice; but I like the car and plan to keep it for many years. It was covered by insurance so I elected to have it made nice.
A small indent in the rear bumper and a bent plastic strip, Estimated at 2 days and $450 turned into Bonnell impounding my car for two weeks and charging insurance almost 1,600.00.
Each day I called expecting to pick my car up, it was 'oh another day"; "Oh I didn't get your voice mail" "we're really busy".
But the worst was the repainting because they couldn't match the paint color  (ford car, ford shop; don't they have specs?)
In the end, the paint color still does not match

    Import Domestic Auto
When we lived in Maynard, we took our 2 Hondas and Toyota here for 15 years for any type of services needed and for routine oil changes.  We always had great service and they always fixed any problem the first time. I have recommended Scott and Import Domestic to friends.  I moved over a year ago and have not used Import Domestic since and have not been able to find someone in my new town who can match Import's expertise, honesty, professionalism, and price.
