Bob was a great help is selecting the wood/color/grain, very responsive to all of my questions and a reasonable timeframe of just over 2 weeks to installation date. Bob's crew of "Charlie" et all were great - careful, detailed and efficient and cleaned up well at the end. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Bob was easy to deal with and came out to the house and personally measured my rooms. His installation crew really knew what they were doing, and they arrived when they were scheduled.
