    They always try to work within the extended warranty. They won't do anything until they talk to you if it's okay. They never seem to have the part so they always need to keep the car another day or two.

    They did the maintenance on my broken tail light. They literally replaced the bulb for me. They are really quick. It's full service. They take care of the customers. Always good. That's where I go for gas every day. I get inspection there. The work turned out perfect.

    Oil changes I do myself, but repairs I usually go to the dealership.  His name is Herv Chambers.   I have a Mercedes Benz and very few places can do the job with it.  I've been with him for twenty years, so I'd give him an A.  He's excellent.  It's outstanding service.  The name of the dealership is Flagship Motors.  They have what they call A, B, and C service, which is every 10,000 miles, every six months.  They do different things, changing stuff and things like that.  He owns 68 dealerships, from Honda's to Kia's, to General Motors, to - every single one of them - Maserati's, whatever you want.  I'm a Mercedes guy; I'm sold on it.  I had one for fifteen years and I just bought another one and I'm in love with it.  It's incredible.  I give them A across the board.  If there was another letter that means excellent, I would give it.

    It was free. I bought a policy when I bought the car for oil changes. I paid for it way back then. They're excellent. They charge what everybody else charges. It's the same amount of money that any dealer charges to change oil. They do what they say they will do. As long as they do what they tell you they're going to do, it's great. Lot of companies don't do what they say they're going to do. They do good service. The workers are great, they're good to their customers, they're very polite and professional.

    Thank god I find this place. I came in last minute one day the owner if the shop stop what he was doing to look over my truck found the problem in no time. Fix it that night for me. To top off it was a reasonable price. I just want to thank him personal for help me out. Have a wonderful Holiday.

    Interesting. We went in to drop off the car and request new tires. Instead of looking up options and walking us through various tire options we were told we would receive a call before any work was completed. They took our phone number down wrong, so can't really say how respondent they were because at the time seemed not very (didn't notice until we received the bill at the end they had the wrong number). We finally called and were told one price, no options whatsoever. We were also told we needed 3 or 4 additional services and overall it was a little overwhelming. Not sure if we will use the services again, or not. The tires do seem to be nice and the car drives much better.

    Simple, service - no issues.
    I have worked with Boudreau's for over 25 years with complete satisfaction. The prices in my opinion are high. High enough to make me use other providers at times. But the work is unimpeachable. In those 25 years I have had to return for rework only once. The original service was done incorrectly by their own admission and the rework was done free of charge. You cannot put a price on integrity.

    Went very well. Did the oil change while I waited. Came out to explain that I should consider a timing belt replacement, which I had already been concerned about. They explained that although my mileage is below the recommended time for replacement, since this is a 2005 model car, time alone has cause the belts to become more brittle. I am also aware that this is true, so no surprises. In addition, there were no other recommendations for fixes (like I get from dome dealers). Even when I asked about my tires getting worn, which they are, they said those could wait for another season.

    HIGHLY recommend Imperial Auto LLC ! 

    Called owner Darek at Imperial Auto, Wilmington,MA on Tue 12/16/2014 in regards to repairing a 2006 Honda CRV that had front end, tire, undercarriage damage done in an auto accident. 
    For folks with Liberty Mutual auto insurance, Imperial Auto is one of Liberty's designated "Superior Service Providers"  and by choosing to repair with Imperial Auto I rec'vd first class treatment from Darek and
    his crew as well as from various Claims/Adjuster staff at Liberty Mutual.  Most all of the back-and-forth re: initial damage estimates, additional damages uncovered/subsequent modifications to the estimate, payments between insurer & repair shop were all coordinated between LibMutual & Imperial Auto  ... I was kept abreast via email/phone calls but I didn't have to stay on top of both parties to get this claim moving forward & ultimately settled - the 2 parties worked together quickly/effectively on my behalf. As a LM "Superior Service Provider" all work done by Imperial Auto is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE  as long as I own the vehicle. LibertyMutual also stands behind this guarantee if for some reason Imperial Auto ever ceases to remain in operation.   
    Darek was willing to arrange for my vehicle to be towed to his shop in Wilmington the following day, 12/17. 
    Darek called me on 12/18 and let me know my vehicle was at his shop and based on his initial diagnosis he thought the work would take 3-5 days and I should have the car returned to me before the end of 2014 for sure. Darek provided me with bi-weekly phone updates in regards to the status of repairs to the Honda.  One thing I was able to determine very early on in working with Darek is that he values great Customer Service and his business goes out of it's way to make sure the customers are taken care of and communicated effectively with. 
    Imperial Auto did the bulk of the work on my vehicle the week of Christmas 2014. He did not use the holiday week as an excuse to delay my repairs, the vehicle took 5 full days of work to repair based on his intial estimate plus some additional damages that were discovered once repairs got underway.  Darek worked directly with the Adjusters from Liberty Mutual (my auto carrier) when additional damages/cost were discovered. LM would modify their estimate accordingly and email me an updated version.  The vehicle repairs detailed in the section above were completed on 12/27/2014 and I was able to pick the Honda up on Monday 12/29. As a nice (extra) personal touch Imperial had fully cleaned the interior of my vehicle and washed the exterior as well. 
    It is now almost 2 full weeks later and the vehicle is driving fine and I've encountered no problems at all with the work done by Imperial Auto.nce

    I have been using Dennis at Livingston St auto since around 1985,my parents use him and several of my friends. He always fair with his pricing and does awesome work.

    On one occasion my 99 dodge Ram had a blow front end around 2004, he shopped junk yards and found a used 2000 one for half the price and it still in was still in the truck when it was traded in in 2012.
