My dog Chance has been coming here for years - he recently caught kennel cough from this facility which has turned into full blown pneumonia, he is currently clinging to his life. The owner was warned by my veterinarian to close and do a proper cleaning which she has not - she only cares about the $$.There are remaining days that have not been used since my dog took ill and she hasn't even refunded that. Upon hearing what happened to Chance a member of her own team told me that they no longer take their dog there because they have gotten "too big" and they do not make sure that all vet records are up to date. I have contacted the local news and they are actually interested in hearing Chances story. If you love your dog - think twice before you bring them to here.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 20 years. They have always treated me and my dogs well and provided excellent and compassionate care. When I lost a beloved pet at the age of 17 they were very kind and supportive. I highly recommend them

We have been using Norton Animal Hospital for more than 15 years.  They staff is always very professional, courteous and caring.  The doctors are always willing to listen to any concerns you have an you are never rushed through an appointment unless of course there is an emergency.  If they have a situation that needs a specialist they are quick to refer you to that specialist.  I would totally recommend bringing your pet to them.  This visit was for my 14 year old basset hound who has a heart murmur and needs to have echocardiograms on a regular basis.

Awful....the pup died and he handed a bill for $900 to my daughter. I've learned a LOT since this experience talking to other Vet clinics. When my daughter first brought Ava in to check for pregnancy he said she wasn't pregnant but told them if she seems to be gaining weight to come in in 2 weeks for an X-ray. They did that and Dr atom said she has one pup in there and it's a big one. My son in law then said they have arrangements for her to have a C section in New York. Dr Tom told them she wouldn't need it and to save their money. A week or so later it was obvious that Ava was having contractions, but nothing seemed to very happening so we brought her to the Vet. He said she was in labor..gave her some IV fluids! Gave her a shot of oxytocin to help further along the labor but had no calcium to give her... He said to me twice "I wish I had some calcium for her". He then sent us home and said if she didn't deliver by the morning to call him and he would do a C section. Well she was never able to deliver the pup. My daughter called him at 3 am and told him she had been pushing 8 hours and nothing. He then told her the puppy was probably stuck in the birth canal and has probably died. They brought her in the next morning and with a C Section delivered Ava's dead pup. My daughter was devastated...Ava kept whining and looking around when she got home. When I called some other breeders and Vets I was asked if he had ever taken head measurements and pelvic measurements to see if the pup would fit. He hadn't . His office even said that that can't be done with X-rays...not true. He also never told us that if she hasn't delivered within a couple of hours to bring her back for a C section or bring her to the animal hospital. This was my daughters first time breeding and she didn't know this. She did what her Vet told her. I called Dr Tom and basically was looking for a " I dropped the ball..I'm sorry". But I got the exact opposite . He said he did nothing wrong. He just wanted her to deliver it naturally so she could have future puppies.... I've Also since found out that fogs with C sections CAN have puppies again...unless he did something inside her when he did the surgery...that I don't know. Finally he just cut me off saying "what's the bottom line...you don't want to pay the bill?!" I said No, I do not( although I had already paid $200 the day of surgery). His response was "fine, have them get her records and we'll be done". He was so rude and arrogant... I didn't know what else to say but "okay, bye" and hung up. When I went to pick up the records I was talking to the vet tech and asked what she thought. She agreed. He had done nothing wrong. I then mentioned the oxy( oxytocin) and allowing her to labor too long. Her response was that maybe at the animal hospital they can give a dog oxygen and measure her oxygen but they don't do that there. I was flabbergasted! I said "what are you talking about? Oxygen? I was talking about the oxytocin he gave her to help labor along". I was met with a blank stare. I guess basically my feeling is this... If this case was out of his area of expertise then he should gave been honest and referred us somewhere else. He never should gave told the kids that she would be able to deliver it naturally without taking the proper measurements. My kids HAD Arrangements made for a C section but cancelled them when he told them she wouldn't need it. That pup is dead because of his negligence and ineptitude. PLEASE do NOT bring your pregnant pets here!!

Your experience can vary depending on which vet staff you have there. They have more than one vet in there.
The hiatus part is getting out of it. Once you have seen the vet and that was time to pay so that you can leave it takes for ever to get out of it. We go to him because we have been going to him for years and they are close, but my biggest complaint with them is that it takes forever to pay and leave. They do have a lot of services, but they push them on you. I have a one female who is 17 years old and we don't need to give her a CAT scan and stuff like that because in going and doing any kind of surgery on her because she is 17 years old and she couldn't stand that. It is not like a younger dog where you do whatever on a younger dog, but not a 17-year-old dog. I would rather go to somebody else, but my wife likes going there.

My experience with them was extremely good. They sent emails with pictures to let us know how our dog was doing. They had little write-ups to let us know that he was doing well and his functions was good. He was eating and drinking water and appeared to be happy. It was nice getting the pictures and the emails and was just kind of comforting. It's a very, very, clean facility and there are no off odors. The people were very nice and I would go back in a heartbeat.

It was excellent. They did lab work to be sure what the problem was. They prescribed antibiotics which helped him. They realized he was due for shots in just a few weeks, so they went ahead and updated those, which saved me money because I didn't have to come back for a wellness visit.

I like the veterinarian clinic.  I have never had a problem with the veterinarian there, and they were good with the dogs.  I have always been very pleased with the service.  I have never been charged for any follow-up visits after the shots.  I will absolutely use them again in the future.
