ASilaThey were excellent and even replaced all the duct work in my attic, and built a cement slab and put an outside unit on it as well. They did all the gravel and cement and it took about 2 or 3 days.I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them as well. .- Susan S.

He called to say that he could do the service call on Friday evening instead of Saturday citing concern that we had no heat and the temps were going to dip that evening. He quickly identified the problem, expedited the parts delivery and even serviced our 2nd furnace which we did not realize was having issues until he inspected it while on site. ASilaSila's service call was great. I would highly recommend Sila for your HVAC needs. My system was over heating my house because my thermostats were not working properly. Sila replaced the broken thermostats and tested the system to make sure it was working accurately before they left. AI contacted Total Comfort Mechanical to repair a return duct to my furnace. Wendell was in our house soon, came up with a solution of how to address our issue in about 10 minutes and gave us a very accurate and reasonable estimate. Over the next couple of days I had the quote and once I accepted it, his crew was in repairing within 2 days. I am very pleased with their professionalism; this was not hasty work, it was a very detailed and methodical approach that resulted in a quality solution. Total Comfort Mechanical has people that care about their work, their reputation, and your time. I highly recommend them.

AMy boiler developed a cracked heat exchanger and needed immediate replacement. I called Affordable Heat & Air for an estimate. Not only did Bryan answer the phone immediately, he come out within a few hours, provided an estimate that beat two other companies in price and the boiler included an internal on-demand water heater eliminating the need for my older, about to fail water heater. Bryan also explained the Mass Save Heat Loan program to me which was a great help! Jimmy and Mike arrived on-time each day and would provide updates before and after each workday; it was a big job and took a few days. You can tell both Jimmy and Mike take great pride in their workmanship. I should mention the house is old with a basement built to accommodate your average sized Oompa Loompa making the job even more difficult. The end result was nothing but spectacular. Having your main source of heat go out just before winter isn’t fun, but other than that I couldn’t be happier with the whole project. Highly recommend!!

AExcellent. Received a call by 9 AM and was told someone could be at my house by noon. Then, the office called to confirm the time and informed me of the plumber's name. We discussed the problem, and I was actually happy when I found out I could actually replace the toilet - since it was quite old. The work was completed by midday in a very professional way. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely use this company again. I am not sure about the total price - it might have been high - but not unreasonable.

AWhen I called to make an appointment Rob was so professional and cordial. Although they did not have any times, he said that he would call me when a technician was available. One came available the same day I called but I did not get back to him in time. The next day he called and said a technician was available. He was so polite and respectful. He called to let me know that Frank was on his way. When Frank got to our home he went straight downstairs to ***** the situation. He was excellent. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to my husband. He was professional and so nice. It was such a pleasure having work done during COVID and feeling safe having someone come in. We will recommend to anyone that the work done and the customer service was excellent. We would use them in a heart beat. Thank you for your service.
