    Core Remodeling Services Inc
Excellent quality, courtesy, professionalism, I can't say enough positive things about Corey Plourde and his crew.
The bathroom was pretty awful, and had to be gutted.  These guys got the yucky stuff out in about 2 days, and took about 6 weeks (including down time while we were waiting for inspectors etc.) to complete the job.
The workmanship is top notch.  I am as stickler for little details, and I found nothing to bother me.  They installed molding, all the corners matched beautifully. No smeary paint, wall repairs and ceiling repair were excellent.
The original contract called for "laundry installation".  I think there was some ambiguity as to whether that meant just install the stuff necessary to put a laundry there, or to actually move the laundry and dryer up from the first floor and hook it all up.  Even though this might have not been clear, Core came back and moved the laundry and got it all hooked up and running. A couple of weeks later, there was a problem with the vent. I thought maybe it had a kink in it and clogged up.  Core sent the guys back to take a look, and they fixed the problem by removing a screen that wasn't necessary, they fixed a problem that wasn't of their making.
Corey Plourde stands behind his company's work, and hires wonderful crews.
We were also under budget because the plumbing wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.  The balance was immediately refunded.
I would absolutely hire them again.

From planning to install, Kitchen Assoc. was great.  They gave ideas, were open to ideas, always on time, finished on schedule, very responsive and professional and didn't hit us with any "extras" like contractors usually  love to do.   It was the best experience we have had with a contractor in our home since we built the home (including the building of the home!), 5 years ago.  They were great.  Would highly recommend then to anyone.

Dream Kitchens & Baths by Nelson
We were trying to work in a budget and they have actually gotten up one unit for a few months ago, it worked fine. We got the tub, the shower, the fixtures, counter top and bathroom counters and I thought their prices were reasonable. I work with them to make sure that we got what we needed and when is the best time to order and everything to be sure it came in time with work we have to do.

    Kitchen Associates Inc
It's been many years since we moved about 10 years ago, they were very good, they're a local company and they were basically where I bought my kitchen pieces. I had somebody else to install it but they were the ones I ordered the cabinets and they were excellent. The cost was hard to say because it's part of a complete renovation and so we redid the whole kitchen and added an addition. The cabinets may have been on 20,000, we did the semi-custom and they still work in great. They're not real cheap but I wanted something that was going to be really nice quality so I don't know if I looked around what their prices but for what I wanted I got "B+". It's hard to say, they were expensive. The quality of the cabinets would probably let go of the price so more than they were overpriced and I didn't use them to work because I have somebody else who's doing the complete renovation and they just came in and leave the stuff.

    American Bath Works Inc
He was excellent. We actually had him for a quote once but I wasn't happy with the price, way too high so we went with American Bath Works Inc and I would give them an "A" all across the board. He was really good, punctual, gave that we were trying to stay in our budget,  he did a really good job working with us to stay on our budget, made recommendations because we were doing tiling and made recommendations on what would be best so he wouldn't have to charge us more on the types of tiles we may have looked at. He did an excellent job and it's been about a year now. For his work, it cost around 10,000 and for materials, I think we paid for 10,000 included the tub which we wanted to relax. The other people were going to charge us 15 or 18, it sounded like they said they would include stuff but I just wasn't happy with their price. Maybe it would come down but I also thought that this guy is a little more responsive. He paid attention to a lot of detail in the work so it would came out really nice.

Probably made a mistake by requesting a bid 2 yrs later on bathroom. Bid was high and requested a rebid using a different installer. Nelson said ok, and we're still waiting. I called & emailed several times, but he just walked away without any explanation. If he was professional he would have just indicated his bid was the best he could do and left it at that.  Get everything in writing with every single detail!

    Bay State Re-Bath
They were provided as the main bathroom contractor for Home Depot.  Both HD and Re-Bath were TOTALLY clueless.  Re-bath apparently subs out their work to individuals that have zero track record.  I wouldn't recommend them to build a sand-box.
