    It started by them giving the wrong info. Later, they told me how to disconnect the battery from the system but when it went wrong they would not send someone to help unless I was a current customer. Now I have to find another company to come disconnect the system. Once you are a client they don't let you stop and since the smoke detectors are connected you can't really just not pay and have it stay inactive.

    We received our Simplisafe Security System on the morning of day two from the date of ordering.  We found the system to be beyond our expectations.  It is tasteful, and extremely effective.  The installation was a "snap," and we were up and running within ten minutes.  You can't beat that with a stick.  We received window stickers and a yard sign which is a deterrent in itself.  I had a question about the system but one quick call and suburb customer service resolved this.  We love this system and are going to purchase some "add-ons" for it.

    This was an insanely easy system to setup, taking me maybe 15 minutes to setup all 10 Sensors, 1 Motion Sensor, the control panel, and the signage for the windows and front yard. After talking with the representative from Front Point, I decided on this package to meet my current security needs, and it more than meets my needs. I love that the system uses the cellular network, because I hate having to keep a landline service running, but more importantly, landlines are nowhere near as secure. I also love that I can monitor the system through my phone, including arming, disarming, and pulling up the access history to know which and when people are coming into the house and for how long.
    I'm planning to install a nearly identical system in my grandparent's house in the next couple months, as it is so simple, even my 91 year old grandmother, who is the most technologically unsavvy person in history, can manage.

    I thought this was a real good deal for the buck.  I bought a system that was self installed. They did not have to come out to my house. I love this system because it does not require that you buy a long term contract. You can just install and go. This company was very pleasurable to deal with. They kept me informed on what the system was about and the many other specifications that would be featured on the alarm. They were very helpful and offered me the option to return the product if I was not satisfied with it. The overall conversation I had with them left me open to a lot of options and I was real comfortable with the investment. There was no issues, no attitudes, everything was great. I like the product, I am very happy with it.

    Did my research on Angie's List and wanted Front Point but my boyfriend did not like that their equipment was "chunky". So ignoring the reviews I called ADT and made an appt for a same day consulation...sounded pretty good that we could get someone out to the house on the same day. Well he did not show, after calling the 800 they said they would page him. An hour after our scheduled time the guy calls to apologize, he was out of town when earlier that day they had put me on HIS schedule. Fine. I understand how that could happen, so he came out the next day and did the consult and we signed for their services.

    4 Days later (and I had to push for this time as he was claiming that he couldnt schedule and installation for 2.5 weeks!)  the men came to install the system, even moved around the agreed upon equipment after discussing what would work "better" for our home. It was then that we were told that they could not finish the installation (because we had opted for the PULSE service) until out internet was up and running. Okay, I get that too.

    3 days later our internet is up and running and we called ADT to schedule the remainder of our installation, they said they couldnt schedule anything for 1.5 weeks and that if we wanted it to be sooner than we should call the ADT dealer BILL to get him to pull some strings as it would only take 1-2 hrs. Fine.

    Called for 4 days in a row, left messages and got no response. Decided to call ADT AGAIN, to atleast be put on the schedule, got transferred to 4 different people for them to tell me I would have to wait 3 weeks for 2 hrs of installation!! I told the rep that was unacceptable, she then transferred me to the Massachusetts Office where someone answered abruptly saying they were transferring me to the manager which straight to voicemail. Left a message with Derreck, MGR of Installion, he called bak within 15 mins apologizing. Has scheduled me for next Monday afternoon, no time. So now i have to work from home after noon and wait for the installer.

    I appreciate that Derreck has "moved up" my installation to within a week but I definitely should have listened to the prior reviews. We havent even received the first bill yet, alarm isnt up and running yet and we're already having issues. I definitely wouldnt do it again.

    I have known Scott, and heard great things from others who have used him, for several years now. After the tornado raged through our neighborhood last year, and hearing of looters nearby, we decided that we needed to take action and invest in a home alarm system. I not only wanted to know what Scott could offer, but I researched the competition online as well. Scott knows his business and was able to give us some really valuable insight and solutions that we hadn't thought of.
