About Us

“Hello everyone. My name is Kency Gilet, but my friends call me Ken, so I hope that’s what you’ll be calling me as we get to know each other. I am the founder, owner, and operator of First Chance Life Coaching. I provide transitional and empowerment coaching to teens and young adults who are struggling in their transition to independence. I help them get from where they are now to where they want to be tomorrow; it’s that simple. I ensure that the actions taken today are bringing you closer to the goals you and I, together, define by mapping out measurable steps that all lead to your end-goal: your success and happiness. You may not know me yet, but that’s ok. It’s up to me to show you that what I know and what I do will highlight your own personal skills and your own assets so you can get in the driver’s seat of your own life. What I am suggesting is that you take the leading role in own your life performance while feeling confident and happy. I will challenge, cheer, and coach you with each step so you create those positive habits that are essential to becoming successfully independent and free to decide what is best for you. If you’ve never been coached before than you’re in for a life changing experience. I will open your eyes, mind, and heart to the things you care most about, which is often the hardest part for many of us. If you’re ready to take control and improve your life, then contact me on First Chance Life Coaching’s website; www.YourFirstCoach.com. And click on the ‘Take your first step’ link on the top right of the page. You can also find First Chance Life Coaching on Facebook and Twitter. So, to leave you for now, remember: Motivation is what gets you started, Habits are what keeps you going.” Let’s start
