AJUST BUILDING INCJust Building Inc. had just completed the removal and replacement of an improperly installed stand up shower (no, I didn't put it in, it was there when we bought the home) and did a fantastic job, so when my wife and I found out they did decks, we asked for an estimate. Cam's price was in line with a few of the quotes we received and significantly less than some of the other quotes that came in. We signed the deal and Cam's crew started the following week, which was great since our deck was falling apart. Cam's crew removed our old deck surface and steps and installed a completely new deck and railing system. They also built a brand new set of steps into our Master Bedroom. Project took about a week, and the few issues we did have during and immediately following the install were quickly handled by Cam and his crew. It was nice seeing Carlos again, as he was the artisan who put our tile shower in. Cam consistently checked in with my wife and I to make sure we were completely happy with the install. Anytime you hire someone to take on a project of this size, you're undoubtedly going to experience a problem or two. The true measure of a company is how well they handle those problems and Just Building Inc. took care of everything. Couldn't be happier - thanks Cam and crew!- D Jeremy D.

AJUST BUILDING INCI can honestly say this was a fantastic experience from what started as a mess with the tree falling! Cam was very prompt and provided thorough evaluation/estimate of repairs needed. The garage is stronger than it was originally and it shows no evidence of any damage. This was not an easy fix as the garage was built in 1928 and covered in cement and stucco. All beams were either replaced or reinforced and the cement/stucco was repaired and painted. Cam and his crew were hard at work everyday and completed this big project in 7 days!! Amazing! They were very professional and respectful of their work space and didn’t cause any problems with the yard or plants and helped with protecting contents of the garage. Cam was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Any questions/concerns were always handled with ease. I highly recommend this company and am so grateful we found them!!! AGreat, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again.

AIt was a long process in part because we could not go anywhere due to Covid and we have four cats. That being as it was, the process was very well laid out, any questions, and/or issues were all addressed in a timely manner. The various contractors - electrical, plumbing, construction, painters, etc., were all very good. They did their jobs well! They offered advice and suggestions when asked. And all were always polite and easy to get along with.

AMy washer was leaking water on to the floor. Roy Monteiro came to my house after a couple hours after being called. Roy identified the promblem within minutes and competed the repairs in less that a half hour. Roy does excellent work and I will call him for any and all pluming issues in the future.
