    Jerry does an amazing job, price is right and never had an issue once the job was completed. Any questions I did have after the work was done were answered in a polite manner and to my satisfaction. Would bring my vehicles here without thinking twice and would recommend him every time.

    Wil was excellent. I was very pleased with his work. He was thorough and diligent, and worked hard. He did the chair cushions for free. He even gave me some extra cleaning solution for me to use in the future by myself if needed. I was very happy and very impressed with his work. You should definitely hire Wil!

    I have only gone here a couple times so far. They are very quick, and polite. I like their prices and how reasonable they are. My check engine light has been on for years. I had a different mechanic who kept charging me money to try to fix the "Light". This company informed me that since my car is older, there is no issue with the light being on.

    They were good. I knew the exact car I wanted and the exact price. There was very little negotiation, but when there was negotiation it went well. The salesperson was fantastic. I got follow up calls for years afterwards. It was a good price.

    I've been using them 6-7 years. I like that we have two cars that we service with them and I have the same service rep. When I call I know who I am speaking to every time. There was a period where we had a few expensive repairs in the row. They have been very honest about what we need to do and what we don't need to do. What they recommend and the risk we are taking by not doing stuff. I like using them because they use the genuine parts. That is why I pay more for service, so hopefully it will last longer. They could improve by bringing me out to the car more and let me know what they were doing. If they kept me better informed on the car work.

    I didn't buy my next car there. I didn't even go there to shop. It wasn't as good as their service. We had a used car. It had a problem with one of the automatic doors. We were told it would be fixed before we took ownership of the car. When we went to pick it up it wasn't fixed. It was a delay, then they fixed it. In the 3 years since we bought the car we've brought in 5-6 times to have it fixed. The service department did have it fixed without charge.

    It was a total front brake rebuild and rotors. I kinda knew what needed to be done. The caliber froze up and dug into my rotor. I kinda knew what exactly needed to be done before I went in. The repair to about 4-6 hours.

    They were very good and responsive. They tell you to come in at a certain time, they take the car and do exactly that. I mean you have to wait till it gets repaired. You have 2 choices, I mean you can stay there which I do and they usually inform me of the things that need to be done and anything else that might need to be done in the future, that kind of thing. And they are responsive, they seem to know what they are doing. Their cost is competitive. Dealerships tend to be more expensive but you're under warranty and that's part of other things too. I haven't tried any of the local establishments around here so I don't know what their pricing. They are very prompt at what they are doing. They are a very good dealership. Essentially they've been improving their dealership over time at least from what I could see over the last few years. They have  more in-tuned customer service and I've talked to the customer service people and the sales and the general manager and they are accessible.

    They are also very organized as well. They are competitive with other dealerships as well, at least from a pricing stand point. They've done service on my car several times. I have no issue with them whatsoever, they do it promptly. They tell you what is going on, they take you in on time and I've also purchased some vehicles from them and they are very good at that as well. They are very customer oriented. They were interested in selling me the car so we were able to negotiate a price and they gave me the price that I was looking for. They recognized my needs and met my needs. They were sensitive enough to know that if they didn't give me that, that I would not buy the car. They were in tune with the customer and it was a fair price. They bent over backwards to sell me the car. They spent about 3 hours on that sales. I would go there again.
