I spent $23000 on that work. They did not provide much customer service and I had to wait for the car and when I got it, it did not have work done to it that was they were supposed to. I had to replace the wheels on the car in two months. They were unresponsive to my talk with them about that and I had to have the tires replaced. I found the owner who I finally had to deal with to be arrogant and ...

Sales experience was very good, no complaints with that. My wife and I have been consistently unimpressed with their service department. They seem to be a bit pricey, but most importantly they seem to be lacking in the "service gene". We had used them in the past and that is why we went there for my car as well. They are very nice and not pushy at all. They had the car we wanted and gave us a good deal.

The most glaring example of this is the issue with the vibration of the car. They claimed it was being caused by faulty control arm bushings ( $900), and said replacing that would also include an alignment and finally, they wanted to charge over $30...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I took my Volvo in because I was getting vibration at highway speeds. They apparently looked my car completely over and found about half a dozen small things that I have no way of verifying as real problems. As for fixing the vibration, they claimed it was due to needing new tires, alignment issues, and needing new control arm bushings.

I purchased a used Volvo at this dealer. They were very friendly and treated me very fairly. It is a family owned business and felt like I was treated as part of the family. I would definitely recommend considering purchasing from them if in the market for a Volvo.
