We requested a quote late Saturday night, Mike called on Sunday afternoon and came to fix our outlet at 5pm on Monday. I would hire him again. He was professional and fixed our problem with no issues. Best of all he came in under the quote he had given on the phone. You won't regret hiring Mike.

    Kitchen Encounters, Inc.
We love everything about our new kitchen! Working with Joy made things so easy. She is knowledgeable and very responsive. She listened to our ideas and made great recommendations to further improve the project. She stayed in constant communication and handled any issues that arose. The workers Kitchen Encounters used were extremely professional and friendly -- and they kept our space very clean. All of the work that was done is top notch -- we love everything about it. Even better, they finished the project early and stayed close to our budget.

    SANTANA ELECTRIC
My experience was Santana has been outstanding from start to finish. I contacted them on Angie's list and within one or two days Dan was at my house going through my laundry list of wants and needs. From the very first time I met Dan, I knew he was a stand up guy and most importantly, loved doing what he does. It's important to note that my house was built in 1928, so the walls and ceiling are lath and plaster. Being someone that has only owned older homes, this was a concern of mine as working with this material is very challenging as it can crumble if you don't know how to handle it. Back to my experience with Santana. The estimate was sent to me timely. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. What's important to me when it comes to picking a contractor for this type of work is competence, professionalism and passion. Dan had all of those based on the other reviews on AL and my one interaction with him. So I elected to go with Dan to completed the work. Dan and his co-worker, Juan, showed up to my house approximately 3 weeks after I agreed to his estimate (He actually could have came by much quicker but I was dragging my feet because I was waiting on other estimates and the slot he had waiting for me was filled up). I've already given a description of the work, so I'll just give you a description of the type of work he did. Dan and Juan are artists. There's no other way to describe them in my mind. They love what they do and they do it very, very well. They caused zero damage to the walls while installing the switches and outlets (See pictures). When I went to check on the work, I'd walk in the guys smiling, having fun and telling me how much they love working on older house. That said, if you have an older home that needs electrical work, these are the guys. Dan even went above and beyond and installed an additional motion activated LED light in my linen closet because "it didn't feel right not to have one in there, too". I couldn't have agreed more. Additionally, I had one pop up item I wanted the guys to install and they did it without batting an eye. Overall, this transaction couldn't have gone any better. Dan, the owner, is prompt, professional, detail-oriented, passionate, customer-focused and a overall awesome dude. He loves what he does and earns every penny of the money that is charged (The estimate even came below budget!! When does that ever happen!?). So if you want the job done right, timely and with passion by people you can trust, these are your guys. Thanks, Dan and Juan! We're more than pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic job. Got here promptly and was finished quicker than we expected. Showed us where we had previous problem areas not just with our electrical system, but with the pool as well. Everything working as expected. Really delighted with the work.

    SANTANA ELECTRIC
Santana Electric was prompt, courteous and efficient. They came in, did the work they were asked to do (in a quality manner) and were on there way. It's refreshing having an electrician pick up the phone and answer emails and not have to chase someone around. That alone is reason enough to go with Santana.
Thanks for the great service Dan!

Don't waste your time ... these folks don't follow through. After having me send pictures of the work area, the light fixture, and answering a myriad of questions, the service provider just disappeared. I know tradesmen are busy now and only want the big profitable jobs, but they do the public a disservice by cherry-picking the work they'll do and simply ignoring the customers they don't want to be bothered with. This company could have saved everyone a lot of time by stating they only want certain kinds of work.

    SANTANA ELECTRIC

Dan Santana demonstrated high levels of knowledge, expertise, dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, thoroughness, pride in his work, customer service and creativity.  And, he was a delight to have in the house.

He was not the first electrician I contacted for this job, but he was the first to agree to take on this non-standard and laborious task.  As he was reviewing the house for estimation purposes, he pointed out a number of things of which I was not aware that should be brought up to code.  We agreed to a "not to exceed" estimate of $3,500.  His bill, after spending two full days working hard in the house, was for slightly less than $2,000.

While Dan was investigating and removing the knob-and-tube wiring, he kept me closely aware of his findings and decisions.  He traced all the wiring from end-to-end, which necessitated pulling up attic floor boards (which he replaced without damage) and insulation.  He got not just his hands dirty, but everything else, too.

As I mentioned above, after we had arranged for Dan's services on 3/18-19, we had water damage to an area of the house.  A construction crew repairing the damage discovered an improperly installed ceiling light which needed to be corrected before they could put up the new ceiling.  I called Dan, who re-arranged his schedule to make a special, early morning trip to my house to properly install the ceiling fixture so that the construction crew could proceed.

Through all of this dirty and detailed work, Dan remained in good humor and was a pleasure to have in our home.  When he was all done, it was clear to me that he had done a job that met his high standards, and that he was proud of.

    SANTANA ELECTRIC
Dan and crew are totally top-notch. They do incredible work and can make anything happen if its got electricity. They are very professional, friendly and can solve any electrical issue. What's even better is they come with great experience and equipment and can do much of the work contractors do, such as cutting and repairing ceilings when installing lighting. I've already used Dan a couple of times and will continue to use him anytime I have electrical work. A great guy and great service.

    Electrical Experts
I have had many electricians in my home (and a few for this very problem) and none of them came even close to the level of professionalism and customer service as the Electrical Experts provided! It really took me by surprise that an electrician would treat me and home home with such care and respect, right down to bringing their own floor mats and using protective shoe covers. I particularly love their pricing guide, knowing how much I am going to spend before they do the work really puts my mind at ease over cost and can focus on getting a quality job which they more than delivered. That along with a money back guarantee, I would recommend them to anyone A+++

Estimate work went well, Nick arrived on time, Nick is knowledgeable, friendly and a nice person. It started when I spoke with his office person, I requested a schedule for the work. I was told there is no way to give a customer a work schedule. There are too many issues with weather. I told the person I understood the concerns about weather delays and other uncontrollable issues that might occur.
I mentioned to her that I handled many projects in my former position and always received schedules from my contractors, I never received any type of schedule. I questioned concerns I had with a sub contractor, (his excavator). The excavator arrived without any plans to work with but started digging anyways. Concrete contractor arrived and the excavation was dug wrong and needed to be re-worked before foundation could be set up and poured.
The concrete company did not install any expansion joints and when I asked Nick about this concern. Nick said he even asked his contractor and he told him not to worry about it, it will be OK.
Nick seems to have only a small staff and some are not as skilled as the other professionals. There are days when he scheduled his staff to work at the house and I would be home all day and no one would show up until late afternoon.
When I would question the schedule, I would be told that sometimes they would run late on another job. Problem I have is I am paying $60,000.00 for my project and would like to know my project is done before they're to start other projects.
Within 6 months the concrete pad on my patio is cracked, I told Nick I did not want any repairs done with concrete during winter months, my garage floor has a large crack across the width of the floor. My Breezeway floor (subfloor) makes noise like it is flexing when you walk on it.
I contacted Nick in August and was told he come over within a week but two weeks later, we received an e mail asking to set up a date to make the repairs to the Breezeway floor and seal the cracks in the garage floor and patio. I do not want someone to simply apply sealer on the cracks and Nick says he is going to fix the sub floor from beneath the floor. Nick is a great person, his staff might be too small for the size his company is growing into. When Nick was on site everything ran smoothly, when Nick was not there, that seems to be when things do not go as planned. I would use Nick for smaller jobs, but when his sub contractors are used is where I had my concerns. I will say his sub contractor electrician and siding contractors were great, they worked like professionals with professional finishes.
