I went to Steve's location - somewhat inconvenient for me, so I'm glad that we could do everything else via email and mail - with my photo. Within a few days he had removed the dirt, scratches, etc. and restored it to a lovely image. After I approved the restored photo, he sent me a DVD and the seven 5x7 photos I ordered. An upmost professional. Did not take the task lightly , worked tirelessly for every detail - actually had loving empathy for the deceased and long forgotten. Stephen cleaned them up and restored them beautifully. He was actually able to use other photos I brought to help him reconstruct part of an image. He was very collaborative and kept in regular contact throughout the process to make sure I was happy. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I had a number of old and significantly damaged family photos from the 1920s and 30s. There were large cracks through several of the images, including one of my grandparents on their honeymoon. The photos also were dirty and needed "cleaning."
