    Concrete Restorations Co. Inc.
Mr. Baruffaldi came out, assessed my problem, and concluded that he was not the person to do the work, but gave me excellent feedback and resources. As soon as I've taken care of getting a french drain installed, I hope to have Mr. Baruffaldi back out to patch up some holes in my floor.

    American Made Masonry LLC
The service provider was on time for all activities including assessment, quotation, perform the work, post-work testing and reporting. The assessment and quote were fair and honest. The team was professional and willing to answer questions while working on the project. When the work was done, the team performed tests to ensure the work was effective and satisfactory. The team can quickly respond to additional requests and the performance was exceeding expectation. We will definitely recommend American Made Masonry for masonry and waterproof projects.

    Drycrete Waterproofing
We live in a 100 year old house, with a field stone/cinder block foundation. As were were demoing our basement to get it ready to be completely finished, we noticed that water was coming through the walls and pooling on the floor. Since we were investing a lot of money into the project, we decided that we need to have the cracks addresses and have the basement waterproofed.
We met with a couple of different vendors, but Jason was the most helpful. he explained that because of our foundation, unless we were going to dig around the entire footprint of the house, and waterproof from the outside, that there wasn't another way to completely waterproof it.
What we COULD do, was put up these super thick barriers to guide water down to the floor into a french drain system that went around the entirety of the basement. This would prevent any insulation from getting wet/moldy and would ensure that we wouldn't have any future flooding.
We scheduled the project about 2 weeks out, because it was in the middle of the winter, but he had a cancellation and we were able to bump it up 10 days sooner.
Jason's team was in and out in 2 days, and in addition to this project, they also cut into the floor in the area where we would need to access the drain pipes for a bathroom to save our plumber some extra work. AND he left some extra material behind in case we wanted to put more tape on, or if we needed to add more of the barrier to a section of the basement where we aren't going to be finishing it out.
A few months after he came out, we thought there was an issue with part of the barrier (we thought it ripped, it didn't). He came out pretty quickly to take a peek and to give us a piece of mind. There wasn't anything wrong with the system, but it was good to know that Jason was accessible after the project ended to stand by his work. We've worked with a lot of vendors lately and not all of them have as much accountability as Jason does.
Jason really went above and beyond for our project, and we genuinely enjoyed working with him. I'd say we'd use him again, but if it works we hopefully won't have to address the problem again. But I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

    Rescon Basement Solutions - NH
Ray was great.  He came and did a bunch of measurements, talked us through everything, gave us a plan, showed us materials, and generally took a long time meeting with us and discussing the project.  We decided not to do the refinish quite yet but we plan to hire Rescon in another year when we go ahead with the refinishing.
Their quote was also a lot lower than the other providers, and I was happy with the fact that they've thought through wet basement issues (so the materials are high quality but won't get damaged in case of a deluge, unlike regular hardwood or drywall).
We feel very positively about them and are excited to work with them next year.

It was great from the start.  When I reached out to the office by email and phone for an estimate, I received a response within 24 hours.  They have someone answering the phone and/or checking messages all day.  Mr. Baustista scheduled visit within 10 days and arrive on time.  He assessed the situation and recommended what work would need to be done.  When asked about water proofing he noted that this was not needed and would not be helpful if there was a significant water problem (unlike another company that offered water proofing along with repointing at a price 50% higher.  Mr. Baustista told me that they would likely b ready to start work in the first or second week of December and they contacted me the first week of December with exact start date.  He and his team kept to their schedule and were always very professional, polite, and pleasant.  There were never any communications problems. We checked in with each other through his office phone and/or his cell phone.  The work was completed ina timely manner and on my inspection I noted that they paid an amazing amount of attention to the most minute details and did a very though job.  The basement was also spotelss and dust free.  Truly  a fantastic crew and job.

    Drycrete Waterproofing
We had a fantastic experience with Jason and his team. He was the third contractor we'd had come out to look at our basement, which had been seasonally wet and sometimes flooded for years. Jason gave us the most reasonable quote that we received by several thousand dollars. He was communicative leading up to the process, and even agreed to drop a load of gravel for us for outdoor stormwater management while they were bringing their truck. As promised, after a few months our basement has dried out and the drains helped us withstand even the biggest rain events this summer and fall. We've had a number of other contractors come into the basement since then and they've all commented on what a professional job Jason's team did. I would highly recommend them for any projects - we had a great experience.

    Drycrete Waterproofing
Jason and his guys did a great job. He returned my calls and answered all my questions before starting. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned and removed all the dirt and cement that was dug up.
I liked the fact that Jason was on site the whole time which made it easy to address any questions or concerns I had while they were there. I also had some additional holes in the basement floor that they filled in with cement for me.

    Rennovare Construction
My husband and I were looking for have our basement finished. After several searches for a good contractor we found "Rennovare Construction". I called then and they promptly schedule an appointment for the same day. Sergio arrives at my property on time, always been honest and responsible. He also give us great ideas about the project, since I told him we have no idea how to turn my unfinished basement in a great place to hang out. The next day I receive my quote. His quote was the most competitive and detailed. So after all those good feeling about them we decided to hire "Rennovare Construction". We could not have made the best choice! Sergio and Danilo finished our basement on time and looks just amazing even better than I originally had expected. On of the most important point for us , Sergio was always available via email, text and phone calls anytime to go over any question we had during the project. Always explained the next steps as well. I have already recommend "Rennovare Construction" to our friends, neighbors, co-workers. We pan to hire Them for future project because we know we will receive the best quality with the same excellent job. Thanks again Sergio and Danilo our Basement looks Amazing!!!!

    Kristopher W Routt
Pro: He was easy to get in touch with, more or less punctual, very reasonably priced, and forthcoming about what he could and couldn't do. The work he did is pretty nice and he cleaned up after himself.

Con: He was very talkative and made it very difficult for me to work from home while he was there because he wanted to chat the whole time. He didn't give me an estimate on how much the job would cost until he was already in the middle of it, even though I asked several times before then. After he was done with the work, it became clear that we had a misunderstanding about what I wanted. I wanted him to replace the rotting wooden windowsill in my shower with something waterproof. He replaced it with a marble windowsill but then, when he was done, told me I should cover it with a shower curtain so water didn't get on it. If I had wanted to hang a curtain over the window, I never would have called him in the first place. I was annoyed that he hadn't made it clear at the start that his plan wouldn't be waterproof. The solution we compromised on was that I would finish it by filling in the gaps between the window and the new marble sill with silicone caulk, effectively gluing the window shut. I was annoyed to have to finish the job myself after hiring a professional to do it. He also left glue residue on my marble tiles and when I asked about it, he said I could use a tool (that I don't own) to scrape it off myself, but he was worried about doing it because he didn't want to scratch the tiles. I feel like when I hire a contractor, I'm paying them to provide the tools and the know how to do the work so I don't have to. Now I've paid him for the job and I still have to go to home depot and buy tools and silicone caulk to finish the job I hired him to do. No big deal but not what I was hoping for.

I purchased the deal on 10/28, and didn't hear from the provider in the promised 2-day window. They did reply on 11/2 asking for my contact information to schedule a time. It is now 11/12 and I still haven't heard from them to schedule a time.
