    Bedford Builders Remodeling
When I had some water damage in my basement I called Bedford Builders right away not even sure if they could help. Bob went right to work to identify the problem and assist in resolving it. Bob was prompt, courteous and meticulous. I would consider Bedford Builders for any project or disastrous situation thats comes next!

    Breeze Carpentry & Construction
Bill and his team did excellent work on my two home projects. My basement had water damage. It needed to be partly demolished for installation of a drainage system, and then rebuilt. We also needed a long overdue renovation of a half-bath. Bill responded to my request on Angie's list promptly. He was professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for both projects. He got back to us in timely manner with reasonable quotes. His communication with us before, during and after the projects was excellent, which I prize highly when working with contractors. He and his team were efficient and friendly. They answered our questions every step of the way. With any big projects, things may not go as planned, and Bill was always ready to adjust the project to make it work for us. The team was respectful of our home and always treated it like their own. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We highly recommend Breeze Carpentry and Construction for your home projects.

    Arno Plumbing and Heating
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Peter came by to access plumbing issues. He told me he was going to order necessary parts. It's been 10 days and I haven't heard from him. I texted him and called him twice and left messages as to status. He doesn't answer phone, return my calls or text. If he wasn't interested he should have told me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and obviously UNRELIABLE.

Kitchen & Countertop Center Of New England
Extremely well, KCCNE did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, kept track and remedied issues as they came up. Although the winter snowstorms set back schedule, the team stayed on top of it, communicated, and completed tasking. The team has an interactive app that the customer can state issues - the whole team sees the issue, it is never lost! WE had to gut a two room bathroom (removing walls) and put in handicapped toilet, grab bars and walk in shower. The bathroom does not look institutional (as a matter of fact it is beautiful!). Very functional for my handicapped mother.

    Dun-RIGHT Plumbing & Heating
The homeowner's nightmare... The boiler fails as the temperature starts to fall. My wife and I called 6 different plumbers in our area, and Bill from Dun-Right picked up the phone. His assessment was quick, the price more than fair (I was ready for a lot more!), and we were able to start work the next day. I'm extremely happy with his work, and his truly professional attitude. He will be my first call for plumbing help in the future.

As per usual, when Al shows up, I know i can breathe a sigh of relief. He doesn't even need to show up, as soon as I get him on the phone i'm comforted. No matter what the issue, i know it will not only be fixed, but he leaves it far better than it was before it broke. Al goes the extra mile to make sure it's done to HIS satisfaction, and he's extremely picky. His work ethic is beyond reproach. I would recommend Al with out hesitation, question or consideration. Hands down, in my 55 years of experience, he's just the best there is!!!

    Dancor Plumbing
I am an DIY enthusiast and I enjoy trying my hand at some trade work including light plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I am a medical professional. I have learned my limitations over the course of time. This past winter was brutally cold. Unfortunately, the fluctuations in temperature caused the backflow preventer on my irrigation system to crack and fail. This in and of itself, cost $250 for the irrigation company to replace. I was told that it was the ball valve leading to the Backflow preventer that was faulty and therefore, it was not covered under warranty (a caveat I had failed to locate in the fine print of my contract with my irrigation company). But since I didn't want to experience a recurrence of this issue, it was time to replace this valve. DIY plumbing is by no means my forte, but I did a quick investigation and found that the ball valve would be a $21 solution But the tool to change it was ~$700-$800. So the search for a plumber was in full effect. It was significantly more challenging to find a plumber to change a ball valve then one would expect. After calling several reputable plumbers on Angie's list within my service area, I was discouraged by either no call back at all or when I was able to contact someone, they did not perform service I had requested. One company in Rhode Island told me it was a "$200 job". I'm thinking to myself, I'm in the wrong field. $180 plus parts for a 30 minute job? Fortunately, after much research on the Internet, I came across Dancor Plumbing. Within approximately 9 days after our initial communication (and several pleasant communications in the interim to discuss a time to meet), Tim Brogan (owner) and his son were kind enough to come at the end of a busy week (Friday early evening) as they had been doing work for a major retail chain do do this "small job" by comparison. For those who would think nine days is a long time, I had initially told Tim that the service was not emergent. I found the gentleman to be polite, affable, very responsive (unlike several other highly rated ANGIES LIST companies i will not trash here), straightforward, reasonable, thorough and honest. What else can you ask for in a service provider? I was elated to have found a professional who not only cared about his quality of work but was conscious of the costs to the home owner. He and his son spent 30 minutes or so on the actual job between testing the valve (which is apparently not a common failure) and replacing the valve (which was reasonably fast: cut, press fit, clamp, test, done). When all was said and done, he had actually charged me LESS than his initial quote but I insisted on paying him for his time plus the part. It is rare to find a tradesman or any professional who not only does the job well professionally, but also does it with an honest heart. Not to pontificate beyond the scope of an Angie's list review, But there are SO MANY people/companies that treat you like a number whether you are an employee or a customer. I had recently read that people are 4 times more likely to write a negative review than a positive one. I felt I was treated like a family member BY THE OWNER!!!. That is rare. That is commendable. And that should be rewarded with a thorough, positive review. Just to clarify, This review was not solicited by Angie's list nor was I provided any rewards for this review .

Ralph e Geiselman Plumbing & Heating Co
We have worked with Ralph a number of times in the past, he fixed a leaky toilet, fixed a leaky pipe and installed our tankless hot water system.  We have always been pleased with his work, speed, professionalism.  For instance I called him on a holiday Monday evening because we weren't sure how serious our problem was.  He talked us through it, came the next day and it was fixed quickly.  Would def. recommend.

    Gem Plumbing & Heating
They ran lines through the wall, they argued with me anytime had an issue.  They damaged a unit, once they installed a replacement unit it never worked because they didn’t charge.   Gem plumping is the worst company I have every worked with. They did a terrible job at my house avoid them at all cost.

I've used Royal Flush several times. I've found them prompt and reliable. When I am out of town, I feel very comfortable asking them to respond to a problem at my rental properties and confident that they are fair and honest in their assessment of the problem.
