    It went very well. Price came in as estimated. Throughout the four years I have been a customer Al and his two sons have been excellent to work with. They service all three of our vehicles. The service area is always neat and clean.


    They not only listen, which they do well, they teach. Service has been spot on without ever having to return for a redo. Carlene does a great job setting appointments to meet our needs. I would recommend highly.

    Perfection at its best! My van has never been so quite. I've owned it since 2003 and have used several mechanics. I recently moved to Seekonk, MA and needed a mechanic I could trust as getting my WORK VAN back in time is a key part in sizing up a mechanic. Rob is now my go to guy. His shop is organized and clean which to me, is a welcoming indication of how he will treat you. He performed all the mechanical maintenance stuff with ease. In addition, I mentioned how my key to the vans ignition sticks. Rob asked me if I tried a different key. The new key works great and I was ready to have him just replace the ignition as it has caused me much grief. Honest and Integrity is what you will find at Trustworthy Auto. Thanks Rob!

    Peter was wonderful! He was very thorough. He looked at the car carefully, reported what needed to be done, and followed up with the dealership. When I got the car it was in great shape so he obviously didn't miss anything! My mother actually arranged everything with him, so I don't know exactly how much it cost (which is why cost is "0" above) but I know that it wasn't very much. I would definitely recommend and use again!

    This last visit I dealt with both Tony and Nick. Once again, they were beyond accommodating. I needed to tow my car there after breaking down on the highway. it was a very busy day for them but they were still able to squeeze my car in after a cancelation. They provided me with the cause of the problem by the end of the day and a reasonably priced solution. Once again they have come through for me and deserve recognition for outstanding service!

    During that time of the oil change they inspected brakes (not by my request). The expert mechanic said rotors were worn. Then they found out that the store replaced them and were still under warranty at which point they miraculously fixed themselves. When oil change was finished I started to leave the lot and the steering was making a load sound and power steering was almost non-existent when turning to left. Went back in and they put it on left and said they didn't damage anything during oil change. They then had me waiting almost 3 more hours while another expert supposedly checked it. During this time the service manager left for the day, another expert put it back together while first one left. The manager who was on said they didn't know what problem was, but would replace power steering pump to see if that would fix it at $900. I wanted the original manager but when called he relayed that if I had a problem to call corporate office. I left there and went to a real mechanic - the problem was not the pump but a line that fed the fluid to steering system . Unfortunately he could not say what had caused the failure.

    A/C was not working. Mechanic charged the system and inserted a dye and had me come back in three days to check again and ascertain if there was a leak in one of the hoses. There was and the hose was replaced free of charge as it was covered under my extended warranty. The dealer told me it was covered. I did not have to ask. They also vacuum and wash the car at each service and give you a ride home if needed. They then bring the car to the house for you! Awesome!

    Overall my experience with Metro Honda has been horrendous. My warranty coverage worked with the independent mechanic to cover some of the repairs, however...in order to fix the issues that Metro Honda could NOT, I had to pay an additional $510 out of my pocket. I spoke with the General Manger Mark Grenga at Metro Honda who initially stated that they would pay for the repair for the dash lights, however he stated that it was residue from testing and that my AC was working. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, until I spoke with the mechanic who showed me the cracked high pressure hose--this repair Metro Honda MISSED. They looked at the O Ring, but missed the cracked hose. They were paid by the warranty covered $225 for a repair that was not needed. The warranty company would not cover any of the diagnosis or the refilling of the AC unit because they already paid for this repair to be completed by Metro Honda. They stated that I would need to work with them. Two weeks ago on Monday May 2, 2011, I stopped by Metro Honda and delivered a letter along with copies of the bills asking to be reimbursed as agreed along with the additional information about the AC repair. I waited for an hour for Mr. Grenga to come down stairs...he didn't but the owner Rob Greco did, I talked with the owner who stated that he wanted to speak with the warranty people and that he would call me back the next day. I'm still waiting. Its been two weeks, 10+ phone calls and I've heard nothing. I've never had such a horrible experience ANYWHERE before. I've purchase 2 cars at Metro Honda and have had them servicing my autos for 15 years...but NOT ANY MORE.

    I can not say enough about Achins. They are a headache free company, because they are honest and noble. I never doubt their levels of sincerity and they have never encouraged me to have work done, that my car does not absolutely need. I have never had any sort of problem with this company and I have already recommended their services to others. They exemplify what a great auto service company should be like and I always feel like a valued customer. The work done to my Maxima was covered under a warranty policy that I had gotten, when I purchased the car.
