    Arabi, Dr. Roger A
He is personable, and as he is working on your feet, he will steadily talk so you won?t be worrying about what is going on with your feet. I am a diabetic, and so he also wants to make sure that you are doing what you are supposed to do, but he doesn?t talk down to you when you don?t, which I do like.

Very pleased. Minimal surgical pain, which was well controlled. Day-stay operation. Maple Center staff was marvelous. I hope I don't have to have it done on another toe in the future, but I'm very pleased three months out with the outcome.

    Jon P Warner MD
I had an operation for total shoulder replacement at Mass General at The Shoulder Institute The guy's name is Dr. Jon Warner. I had my operation a year ago on December and I have seen him a couple of times. It didn't cost me anything and I am with Medicare and Common Wealth Insurance and I don't think I paid anything. Somebody else would have paid 100,000 dollars. It was a first rate operation. Dr. Warner is a pro. He is excellent. He is one of the nations top shoulder guys. With Dr. Warner I would grade him whatever the highest grade is. I wouldn't give him anything lower than 'A' in any of the categories.

Overall he is a very good doctor my foot seems to be doing very well, but his time management stinks! Having said that I would use him again if I required surgery because he is good.

I filed a complaint with the state licensure board about the PA I saw, Amy Warrington. Really it just came down to awful communication and disinterest. I'm not surprised. The place is very much a churn and I wasn't going to need surgery. I was erroneously diagnosed as having a six-month-long case of continuous gout pain. She ran a lab test to confirm this and gave me an anti-inflamatory medication. I found out an hour later that another medication I take, one that was in my chart at NEOS, made the anti-inflamatory medication a bad idea. I called back in and couldn't get anyone, let alone the PA to talk to me. Later in the day a very rude nurse called me to announce that I should take my gouty feet back to my primary care physician. Never mind no labs had come back yet to confirm this diagnosis. Never mind that I still needed a correct prescription for anti-inflamatory meds. The PA she said was too busy with 'surgeries' and other such weighty matters. While I certainly appreciate that this is a business I expect the staff to do solid work on everything for which they receive payment. This would include a prescription, lab test and referral. Giving me the bum rush because I didn't need a high-dollar procedure was very low rent. Wow. Reliving this I'm suddenly annoyed enough to mention my surgery here for a rotator cuff last year. They said I had a nearly full thickness tear. It turns out my rotator cuff was just fine. I got cut open for nothing. I'd avoid these people, or at least ask a lot of questions and get a second opinion...
