Provided the specifications my son desired, was advised on the value and appropriateness of those specifications, revised those specifications with my son, and ordered the appropriate notebook. The process was very smooth and simple. This was very much appreciated as I acted as the middleman during the process.

Each and every time I have used them it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.  Same with my family. No high pressure sales BS.

It is a touch smart computer. Everything is in the monitor so I have foot room under my desk now. I love it. I knew what I wanted so I went in and got it. I only had to deal with the cashier and she did her job and I walked out the door.

The installer was on time, did a very good job, did exactly what I wanted him to do and charged what was previously agreed upon. I have dealt with the company before and have always been very pleased with their service.

I went in to trade in my old phone using a promotion they were running.  The guy was very knowledgeable of all the carriers possible services I was asking about.  They were unable to take my trade in as it apparently had been exposed to water, but he figured a plan solution where I ended up paying the same price that I had been paying for my 4 and got a new 5s  including insurance.  Very happy.  And I get to keep the old phone and sell it on Ebay or keep it and use it as an ipod touch...

I told the sales rep what features I needed in a portable computer. What I really needed was a laptop and was assured the functions I needed I would have through apps on an ipad and that is not the case. At no time was I told I would not be able to return it if it did not work out. When I went to return it within a 14 day time frame, I was told by the sales rep they would not refund and to resell it on Craig's List.  Apple's stated policy is customers are able to return an ipad within 14 days if you buy from them online or from an Apple registered reseller. YES IS NOT AN APPLE STORE. If you are not 100 percent sure that you want an ipad (or ipods or new computers for that matter), I would go to an official Apple Store.  YES also will not exchange a defective ipad, ipod or new computer either and you won't find this out until AFTER you purchase a product and it is printed on your receipt in very small print and at that point, it appears according to their policy, it is too late. YES needs to tell customers purchasing ipads, computers and ipods UP FRONT that the sale is final BEFORE the purchase is final.

The customer service here was horrendous on multiple occasions. I bought a new Macbook from them in May, because Northampton’s closer to me than the Apple Store in Holyoke, and I like supporting small, local businesses. That experience was OK. However, there were some weird little issues with the computer, so I emailed them about it, late summer. No response, despite several follow-ups and trying different email addresses (from my receipt and on their web site). I called at one point, and was told by a frazzled employee who just wanted to get me off the phone that someone would get back to me. Nobody did. (I do not live close by so I’m not able to just pop in.) Getting into winter, I messaged via Facebook, and again was told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. I tried to follow up again more recently via Facebook, and the person responding gave me the owner's email address (despite my saying that they don't respond to emails), but not before being at least slightly condescending and blaming that day's snowstorm for the lack of communication (apparently not reading my messages that this had been going on for months). Then, inexplicably, I was blocked from their Facebook page. (The only provocation I can think of being that I was trying to get some answers while I actually had a hold of somebody, or maybe they were trying to avoid yet another bad review.) I went ahead and emailed the owner, Mark, anyway. A few weeks later and still no response. This place is a travesty the very concept of an Apple “Premier Partner.” Off to Holyoke I go!

I went to Control Alt Delete after reading all the great reviews and bought a refurbished laptop. I like to support local small businesses, and Tom seemed knowledgeable but condescending. I'm young-looking and female, and he kept calling me sweetheart until I asked him to stop and please use my name. Then he got quiet and angry. So that was awkward. Then, the laptop was a lemon. The first time I brought it back, Tom said it had a spill. No one in my house had spilled anything on it to our knowledge, and we'd barely used it because we'd purchased it as a spare. But I'm far from perfect, and maybe it got a splash when I wasn't looking. I paid for the repairs and shrugged it off. It sat in storage for a while again. When I pulled it out to use, the keyboard mostly worked, but the space bar was sticky. I took it back to Tom, who said I'd spilled something in it again. When I said I hadn't, and I just wanted to be done and return the computer to him, he lost his temper and started yelling at me. He said he knew about people like me, said I was trying to cheat him, and that he'd defend himself. I really don't know what happened here, especially given all the positive experiences everyone else has had. So, I hope my experience was just an outlier.
