I must say communication with A&A is amazing. I had several other estimates and Ed is the only one who actually climbed onto the roof to inspect the gutters. They arrive on time and clean up thoroughly. Ed then came by later in the day to inspect the work done and made some minor adjustments so everything was perfect. I have mixed feelings about A&A services. The good: * Windows are top notch and look great, installed quickly, work well 6+ months from installation * They have a carpenter as part of crew so were able to expand the size of our 6 picture windows The bad: * Installation crew was sloppy to the point of damaging our home.
